I treated his lip and put the kit away. When I came back, he held his right arm out. I sat down next to him and he wrapped it around me. I leaned into him, resting my head on his chest, under his chin.
"sorry, that was reckless. I got a little worries so i came, just to check on you. I thought not being drunk would give me an advantage" he says. I snuggle closer to him and he kisses my hair.
"it's okay...I forgive you" I sigh. After a while he took the bag of peas off his stomach. I sat up as he threw the bag onto the coffee table. He turned to me with a look in his eyes.
"didn't you say it wasn't the time?" I ask. he hooks his hand under my knee and pulls it, pulling me into his lap.
"guess I was wrong" he says. I smile as I kiss him. his hands feeling their way under my shirt and up my back.
