Chapter 24

A year after, the whole year was full of photoshoots, guestings and fashion shows.

It was my 25th birthday which is my golden birthday. They say your golden birthday is when you reach your age which is the same number of your birthdate.

I invited Mama, Tita Amelia and Andrea as well as Aphrodite, Selene and Iris. I just wanted a simple party first and I want to celebrate it with my loved ones.

I bought gold balloons and I tied it in the corners of my condo. I also made an improvise letters that spells my name. I stick it on the plain wall. I brought the microphones from the entertainment room to the living room so we can sing later. I bought chips, beers and liquors for the party.

Of course hindi mawawala ang Sinigang sa handa ko which is my favorite. I've learned cooking Sinigang when Tita Amelia taught me last week when she visited me here. I cooked pasta which is my specialty and we ordered food. Iris bought me a big cake and it has a gold beads on it. It's edible.

"Happy  birthday to you.... happy birthday to you.... happy birthday happy birthday. Happy birthday to you..." I was just laughing and clapping the whole time while they were taking videos and pictures of me. Andrea was beside me, wrapping her arms around me. This girl! Masyadong ate's girl.

"Dandarandandan! Happy birthday to you! Walang jowa! Happy birthday to you! Walang jowa! Happy birthday happy birthday... happy birthday ganda!" Nakakalokang pagkanta nila Hahaha! I'm a bit pissed because of the 'walang jowa' term. It's not my fault that I'm not lucky in love!

Nagwish na ako....

I wish that my family and friends will always be happy as happy I am right now.

Nagkainan na kami. "Uy pre happy birthday tanda mo na wala ka pa ring jowa." pang-aasar ni Aphrodite. I rolled my eyes.

"Thank you ha." I sarcastically said.

"Happy birthday besh I wish more collaboration and guestings for you!" Bati ni Selene.

"Thank you," I kissed her on her cheek.

"Happy birthday bhie! MBTC." I laughed at Iris' way to greet me.

"Thank you ha, grabe napaka unique ng pagbati mo." She greeted me like she commented on my facebook post.

"Ako lang 'to bhie" hays si Selene lang talaga ang matinong bumati smh.

"Anak happy birthday! Sana mas maraming time ang nakakasama ka namin!"

I hugged Mama and whispered,  "Soon ma, babawi din ako, kailangan ko lang talaga magtrabaho ngayon." She just nodded and sumunod na si Andrea.

"Happy birthday ate! Sana magkajowa ka na," Isa pa ito nang-aasar pa.

"Ikaw! Porket kayo na noong crush mo dati! It's all because of me though! Kung hindi pa ako kumilos, e 'di tamang tingin ka lang sa kanya ngayon!" I laughed at her.

"Besh, ito gift namin." Sabi ni Iris sabay abot sa akin nung box na may malaking butas sa gilid at huwag ko daw tignan. Gumagalaw siya baka rabbit ito. Parang malaki kasi.

Pagbukas ko... may Corgi! Sabi ko kasi sa kanila malulungkot ako dito kaya baka kailangan ko ng pet na makakausap. Pinangalanan ko siyang Pochola. I don't know I've seen it on a movie before but... I forgot where.

May guesting ako ngayon today sa isang talk show. I'm wearing a black cape top partnered with a gray pencil skirt. I'm also wearing my 5 inches black heels.
