Pagkababa namin ng sasakyan we were already walking like a confident women just how we practiced because it is one way to impress the interviewer. Naghiwa-hiwalay kami ng konti para hindi kami masyadong stiff tignan.

There were several applicants already when we got there. I just stayed focus and trying to remember all of my answers. I smiled to everyone. I greeted them with a sincere smile. Hindi ko tinanggal ang smile sa face ko minsan pag nangangalay ako kailangan may konting ngiti pa din sa mata at labi ko.

 
I tried to communicate with other applicants dahil naghiwa-hiwalay na kami nila Iris para naman makausap namin yung iba at hindi lang puro kami yung naguusap. Kailangan lagi akong nakaupo ng maayos at naka-chin up talaga. Kasi we will never know if pinapanood nila ang kilos namin.

When it's my turn for the interview, I stayed calm. I smiled and greeted the interviewer. I answered some questions. Some questions were a bit hard because you need to be careful with your words and don't act like you prepared for it, just act natural.

"How do you see yourself 10 years from now?" The interviewer asked.

I actually didn't prepare for this one. This is one of the questions that I will answer directly what comes up in my mind. "I see myself 10 years from now as a trainer in this airline and an inspiration to those aspiring flight attendants." I confidently answered and smiled.

The interviewer lightly nodded and looked amazed with my answer. I didn't even understand what I said. I just said what comes up in my mind.

After the Interview, nauna kami ni Selene na natapos at hinihintay na lang namin 'yung dalawa. We talked about how nervous we are inside. Nang matapos na sila Aphrodite ay lumabas na kami at kumain sa isang restaurant.

We talked about our experiences and kung anong klaseng sagot ang sinagot namin sa question na mga iyon. We were informed that they will call us if nakapasa kami and we can proceed to the next step.

Ilang weeks 'yung lumipas, we waited for the call and gladly natanggap kami. We proceeded to several steps. Until nagsimula na kami magtraining. It was hard, there were exams almost everyday. We proceeded to survival swimming and thank God we passed, among all of us, Selene was the only one who doesn't know how to swim. Before the interview, we taught Selene how to swim so she can pass. There were more test that we need to pass until we graduate.

"Iris ano na? Kaya pa? Hahaha." I asked her kasi patulog na siya habang nagre-review kami. As in wala talagang tulugan ito pero we know that it's all gonna be worth it.

Ilang days din kaming ganon pero sobrang saya dahil we met new friends. At during training hindi kami nabo-bored dahil lahat kami is friends na so we are all comfortable to each other. Almost everyday, there are exams that we need to take.

Almost one month and a half na pagsusumikap finally graduation na namin.

We are all wearing our uniforms as a flight attendant and our parents was here also. Lumuwas sila mama kanina ng Manila kasama si tita Amelia of course dahil siya lang naman ang may kotse.

"Yii!!!! Finally mga bes!!!" Maluha luha pang sabi ni Aphrodite. Actually hindi pa din nagsisink in sa akin na nakaabot ako dito. Siguro dahil na rin sa determination at pagsusumikap.

"Smith, Athena Jane" sobrang saya ko nang tinawag ang pangalan ko at kasama ko ulit si mama sa stage.

"Ang galing galing mo anak." proud na proud na sabi sakin ni mama.

"Syempre para sa inyo ito ni Andrea."

"Okay smile!" Biglang announce nung photographer. Napose naman kami ng formal at yung may wacky pa.
