Nadia: What happened now?
Erica: The power's down.
Nadia: So now, what do we do?
I was afraid she would overreact, so I clarified the problem, but I added a nice wrapper.
Erica: Nothing, the elevator isn't working, so you're right. I'm sure no one's going to get in here.
Nadia: Right, now we're not in danger.
She says uncertain about the reality since she felt subconsciously what was under the wrapper I had carefully placed.
Erica: Let's hope that by tomorrow morning everything will be fixed.
Of course, now is the moment when I start to scare myself with the darkness that has squamous us. Nadia must have figured it out.
Nadia: Let's go to bed now since we have no choice.
I shook my head in the affirmative forgetting she couldn't see it.
Erica: I agree.
I take my bag, she takes hers and we place it as a pillow. We curled up with each other in an uncomfortable position and soon we fell asleep.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I woke up from the music. What's that? Wondered. I went to get up and then I felt a weight on my belly. As it turned out, someone in the middle of the night decided to use me as a pillow. I tripped her. She got up and dragged her purse towards her.
She pulled out her cell phone and stopped the music.
Nadia: Good morning! I had an alarm.
Erica: Then we'd better go to school, we shouldn't delay.
Nadia: I wouldn't worry about that if I were you.
Oops!
Erica: Why?
A yawn escapes from my mouth.
Nadia: It's five and a half.
Erica: How much! And why did we wake up at this hour?
Nadia: I want to make sure my parents don't find me sleeping here.
I'm stunned looking at her without being able to react. This girl constantly surprises me... Negatively.
Nadia: Let's go, let's not waste time.
Where should we go? We're packing up and going out.
Nadia: My brother!
She grabs me by the hand and we hide in a corner. Orpheus walks through the entrance to his apartment.
Erica: Well, what was he doing out at this hour?
Nadia: I don't know, but I'll make sure I find out.
We're leaving the building, it wasn't dawn yet. And we were probably headed for the park. I'm so glad I helped Nadia, but I don't know if I've helped me today. I feel tired, sore, and I walk in the morning towards a park.
Nadia: Aren't you having a good time?
Erica: Why are you asking that?
I answer insatiably.
Nadia: Come on, look where I've brought you.
I lookεδ at the wet bench unsatisfied.
Nadia: Maybe we should stay upright.
Erica: I couldn't agree more.
She opens the bag of crisps and offers it to me. Their salt stimulates me and at the same time leaves a slight itch on my lips. The sun rose in front of our prying eyes.
Nadia: Aren't it beautiful?
I couldn't answer her, I was elated by the colors of the sky and the sun that came out. Nadia's cell phone can be heard ringing again.
