I'm opening my eyes. I've slept face down and my head is in the pillow. I look next to me, Nadia was still asleep. I got up to see the time: twelve and a half. I definitely need to wake her up. We got ready and went to the kitchen, as usual everyone's gone.
Nadia: There must be some pizza left here from yesterday.
She looked in the fridge and discovered it. Heated it sloppy in the microwave and we started chewing it sluggishly. Mr Jason was right, even to me it is surprising that we have managed to bond so much in this short period of time.
To the point where I can walk around comfortably in their apartment, of course, considering the times I've stayed here, it makes sense. We're heading to her room to start studying feverishly. She wanted me to help her again as it was her turn to take a test.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Nadia: Why don't we take a little break?
She let the pen fell out of her hands. It was past four o'clock, we skipped lunch since we were still full. By this hour, the rest of them were heard coming back and some of them were leaving again. We didn't pay any attention to them, we had a lot of work to do.
We got up and after wearing two warm banners, we went out to take a walk. The elevator placed in front of us welcomingly with its warm light surrounding us.
Nadia: Whoa! Your fan.
She's pulling a piece of paper on the elevator's keys, but what the ... ? How does he know where I live?
"The truth is completely hidden in the lie, look for it."
Nadia: Oh! He's also a poet... Big luck!
Erica: Yeah sure... , but I'm starting to worry...
Nadia: Since he doesn't have the courage to tell you in person, he won't have the courage for anything you're afraid he can do.
Erica: You're right.
What's he talking about? What truth? Is someone lying to me? I put it in my pocket, his words are no longer to be taken lightly... Our walk continues and ends in the well-known park. The sky is cloudy, but it shows no predisposition to rain.
Nadia shared some of her childhood memories with me. She seemed to reminisce about them, filled with hope and happiness. Nor do I want to mention mine and spoil the beautiful climate, terror and anguish.
I don't remember ever having a childhood, I had to rush to grow up and get older as that's how I brought my body and my psyche to the right conditions to deal with my harsh reality.
Nadia: What's your most beautiful memory?
I'm stunned by her question. I never thought about it, was there such an image in my mnemonic? An image associated with peace and security? Yes, of course there was.
Erica: The day I got to know you better.
It was the day I had a family.
