It had been a month since homecoming. I hated it so much how everyone saw Xander and I kiss and right after he asked me out IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY. I couldn't say no, but he's a tool. I must have been thinking to hard because everything went black and I heard Hannah scream my name. Then everything stopped.
"Where the hell is your mom she should tell Tori about it!" A girls voice said.
"How the hell should I know?" A deep voice said.
"Adam get your ass up and find y- OH MY GOD SHE UP!"
I jumped at the loud voice in the room. My eyes were open by now and I could see my brother Adam and Hannah standing on the side to me.
I sat up and and Hannah rushed over to me and told me to lay back down. I was still seeing blurry thing but all I could say was, "I'm not in Kansas anymore & it sure as hell ain't the school nurses office so where am I?"
"You passed out in the middle of the hallway and Hannah called the teacher and the ambulance brought you and Hannah here since I'm your emergency contact I had to come and I can't get a hold of mom." My idiotic brother said.
"Obviously, Mom's probably in Soho by now." I retorted.
It was silent for a minute when I said, "Wait, what do you mean tell me about it? What are you two hiding?"
"Adam has something to tell you." Hannah stated softly as she pushed my brother forward. She chuckled as he tripped over the chair and landed on my leg.
"This is the closest we have ever been and I don't like it so get off of me and tell me." I laughed as I pushed him off of me.
"Well whenever you think too hard about something you space out right?"
"Yeah, I've always had that.. what about it?"
"You have really bad anxiety, I don't know how you're able to be so popular. I wasn't paying attention but something about thinking to hard can cause you to become sick and pass out."
"That's fucking great."
I turned my head to see a nurse come in and say, "Sir, you can check her out when she's ready, she's good to go. Get plenty of rest ma'am. Have a good day!"
"Let's roll" Hannah and I said simultaneously. We looked at each other and laughed.
