The feeling of cold water dripped from Tanya's naked body. Her body trembling from the freezing cold of the tiled room she was enclosed in, but the showerhead above her dripping the blistering cold water over her body. Dropping so slowly that Tanya thought she was going to go insane if she spent any more time in this room. All the cuts around her body becoming numb, but the bleeding never stopping.
Restrained to a chair with her body slumped forward. Her tired eyes slowly beginning to drift shut. A relaxed sigh escaping her lips before freezing cold water poured down onto her body. The shivering cold causing her body to tremble before she let out a scream. Cries mixing in with the scream as she tried to calm herself down internally. But even if she tried, the cold was forcing itself into her mind and making her wish for this time to just end. Death was better than having to deal with this.
Tanya was at her breaking point. Any second she could just give up trying to hide her secret and just give everything up. The only thing keeping her from doing so was her old brother Brian. Tanya's superiors wanted info on Brian, for whatever reason, but Tanya wasn't going to give her older brother up. Even if they hadn't seen each other in around 5-6 years, she still loved Brian. So, if they thought they were going to get any information, they should think twice. The loyalty Tanya had for not only her brother but for many others was limitless. There's no bad apple in her basket to throw away so she wasn't going to break. She couldn't break.
It was a matter of time before she was killed, she knew that. Time was running out and Tanya deep down was hoping that someone somewhere would save her. Either she would die from a bullet to the head or hypothermia because of the torture she was going through at the moment. And despite both ending one way, she was fine with it because then the suffering would all end and she would be at peace.
Her odds were very, very slim and she was scared. Rarely did Tanya ever feel scared, but she now was. She wanted to see her brother again and she wanted to say sorry for leaving. Completely falling off the face of the earth without an explanation. It was probably her biggest regret in her life and she wished she could change what she did.
Gunfire rang out outside the room Tanya was being held in. Lifting her head shakily as she stared at the old and rusty metal door that led out of the room. The gunfire volume increasing each second as it seemed to get closer. There was an ounce of fear in her as she stared longer at that door having multiple thoughts occur in her mind. Wanting to know why there was gunfire and who it belonged to.
Pulling at her restraints, Tanya let out grunts before hearing the water from above her start building up. Becoming more desperate as she yanked at the restraints harder to try and break free. Ignoring the burning around her wrists from the fabric, Tanya continued pulling as hard as she could at them to try and get free. "No, please." She cried, feeling the blood dripping from her wrists as she yanked harder and harder.
Of course, it wasn't enough as the water shot down on Tanya as she let another scream. Her entire body shaking as she could feel her eyes beginning to flicker shut. Just wanting to sleep and rest.
It seemed as if her prayers were answered when the old metal rusty door burst open. Tanya was too tired to look up as she let out trembling breaths as she heard the person's steps approach her. "Wilkes, cover the door." The man ordered and Tanya frowned at noticing the man's accent being American.
Feeling her restraints releasing their holds and allowing Tanya's hands to fall to her sides. Finally looking up to see who her saviour was. Seeing a large man crouched beside her as he cut at the rope around her ankles. A beard gracing his jaw as a tattoo peeking out a bit on his bicep from under his shirt.
When she was fully freed, the man held his jacket out for her. "Can you walk?" He asked and Tanya gave a tiny nod as she covered her body. Taking the jacket and shrugging it over her tiny body as she could finally feel the warmth. "Stay by me the entire time. We'll get you out of here." He promised and Tanya didn't answer from exhaustion and the cold shivers running down her back despite feeling the warmth from the jacket and man.
Taking that as an answer, the man helped Tanya stand before slowly moving her to the door where Wilkes was standing with his AR raised down the opposite end of the hallway. "Clear the rest of the building. I'll get her to the truck." The man ordered Wilkes as he nodded. Three other men appearing before following Wilkes and more gunfire filling the air when they turned down a hallway.
Tanya limped as she leaned into the grasp the man had her in. One arm around her waist for support and his other hand holding his rifle tightly in his grasp. Her bare feet trembling from the cold concrete floor.
"What's your name?" Tanya whispered and the man glanced down at her. "Agent Luke Hobbs." He introduced and Tanya nodded slightly. Not having the energy to say anything else as she let Luke carry her to wherever his truck was. It'd been so long since she saw anything outside of that room and now being able to
The pair took a corner and were met by two men with rifles. Both noticing Luke and Tanya and taking aim. Luke was quick to move them behind cover before gunfire came their way. Tanya leaned against the wall as Luke readied his AR. "Wilkes, we got two tangos at the exit. Currently pinned down."
Glancing at the tall man, Tanya saw the revolver in the holster on his hip. Listening to Luke continue to relay information back to his team. Sighing tiredly, Tanya heard the sound of magazines clinking to the ground and she decided to act. Stealing Luke's revolver, she brushed past him before shooting both men twice in the chest. All their problems being solved as Tanya tried to stand on her own. Her legs shaking under her weight and the cold causing goosebumps to run up and down her pale skin. It was short-lived when the strength in her legs gave way as she crumbled to the ground.
Expecting the impact of the cold floor, but being met with two strong hands. Tiredly looking up to see Luke holding her as stared at her. "You broken?" He asked and Tanya shook her head before he nodded. "Tangos neutralized. Moving the girl out to the truck. Meet at the back of the building." Luke said briefly before slinging his AR to his back. Picking up the woman bridal style and carrying her out of the building.
The cold breeze causing Tanya to shiver as she mindlessly moved into Luke's chest for warmth. Not noticing the tenseness in Luke's body when Tanya did so. Slowly relaxing as he opened the passenger truck door and lifted Tanya inside. Adjusting the jacket so it could give her more warmth before he would turn on the heat. Pulling away, he was stopped when Tanya grabbed his wrist.
Looking at the blonde, he saw the tiny thankful smile on her lips. It was barely there, but Luke could still see it. "Thank you." She muttered, her Russian accent slipping off the tip of her tongue easily. Luke gave a tiny smile as he said, "Don't mention it." He assured before she let go of his wrist. "Get warm." He told her as she nodded tiredly before leaning her head into the headrest and closed her eyes.
Shutting the door, Wilkes, Fusco, Chato, and Macroy came outside. All in a rush as they came to a stop in front of Luke. "She inside?" Fusco asked and Luke nodded. "File into the back. Let's get the fuck out of here."
