Grace Malfoy, The odd one out.

Part 4 - Pug-looking-face

I got my stuff ready for my potions class with Draco. He was casually on his hands on his head, waiting for me so we could get going for our class until I heard a knock on the door. 

I opened it surprised to see a girl with short black hair, black eyes, weird pug-looking face as well with a slytherin robe, never seen her..huh, she was leaning against the wall by our door.

"hi...?" I said awkwardly with an eyebrow up. I think she was introducing herself.... she talks too much so I just rolled my eyes and then heard someone laugh, leaning against the wall. I turned to the direction curiously where the laugh came from...

I saw a couple of girls around the corridor and glanced around to them...I think, they were gossiping about boys or something until they saw me looking at them. They all looked up at me with mouths dropped and whispering....I saw a hint of jealousy with their shocked eyes but I just replied looking at them "What?" 

The girl who was talking to me eventually looked behind her and then they all quickly looked away and blushed, then I heard that laugh again, it sounded like a soft, genuine, velvet giggle. I turned around to see a girl that had: light brown frizzing ,curly hair, smooth skin, and gentle brown eyes. She looked friendly and warm, as she came towards me with a hand out to introduce her to me...why am I getting introduced so quickly to everyone?...

"Hi, my name is Hermione Granger" she said in a bit of high soft voice but I didn't mind it, she was very nice and sincere, I really wanted to be her friend, since Harry and Ron can't be my friend...

"Hello, my name is Grace Malfoy." as I shook her hand with a friendly smile that naturally came up...weird, I guess I really want to make friends.. but I have a really good feeling about making friends with her...I really do, this girl is different...I can feel it..

"Nice to meet you, and pretty name" she replied

"Thanks, not bad yourself." I said giving the compliment back

"UGH, SHES A MUDBLOOD, DON'T TALK TO HER GRACE" the black haired, pug face girl said with venom in her voice towards Hermione

"How do you know my name?" I asked confused and creeped out way...this girl is a stalker... "And hey! Don't call her that, she's my friend" I said with a glare. The girl looked surprised to see me defend her already and the fact I called her 'friend' already.

"Ugh, whatever, and I know your name because you just introduced it to this 'mudblood' " she said hissing at Hermione. Hermione just ignored her pretending she's not here

"What are you even doing her...girl?" I didn't know her name because I was listening her introduction before, since she's such a big mouth...she doesn't know when shut her bloody mouth, I'll just have to seal it for her...Okay maybe I'm overacting a little, but boy, oh, boy she talks so much!

"I just told you, I'm waiting for your boyfriend so I can steal him from you" she said glaring at me all of a sudden, was she actually serious?! 

She knows nothing about me...oohh yeah! This is gonna be fun messing around with her the whole year until she know everything about me, might as well enjoy the moment whilst it lasts...I started smirking at the last thought and went back to reality laughing so loud I bet the whole globe could hear me 

"you really don't know anything about me" I had a huge grin on my face while the pug kept glaring in disgust 

"may the best girl win" she smirked evilly and laughed darkly 

"I'm not his girlfriend, I never will be with his stupid ass, bleach head" I snorted "He's my brother you idiot, you have a lot to learn if you try to insult me" I said smiling at her still with the huge grin. 

Turns out Draco heard everything, he was behind me on sitting on a chair swinging around watching, because when he came to me he started laughing putting his arm around my shoulder. 

He turned to me and said "well you might as well learn too if you want to try and insult me " he said still grinning at me and the pug faced girl. The pug girl just blushed hardcore to a level I never knew it existed...lmao but I just rolled my eyes at Draco and walked towards Hermione who just witnessed the whole argument silently. I looked at her laughing lightly and turned towards Draco and the pug

"Alright so, I'm gonna head off with Granger and you two love birds can..." I looked at Draco who now  looked horrified to stay with this overly obsessed pug-girl... "or Draco and pug-girl.." I muttered, Draco then chuckled 

"do whatever, just don't annoy me" I said glaring at the girl who glared back with a look like she wanted to hit me but I would just Expelliarmus her ass... 

"I'm not making any promises" Draco said grinning 

"whelp, I tried, bye big bro" I said 

"See you in class" he gave me a dreadful look as he walked with the pug

I just shrugged off and walked with Hermione to who-knows-where but just walking away from the ugly pug.

"hey, sorry you had to hear everything.." I said to Hermione apologetically looking down, her eyes suddenly lit up when we were alone 

"THAT WAS BRILLIANT!" causing me looking at her over-enthusiasm expression

"huh, wait wh-" she interrupted me

"I'VE NEVER SEEN SOMEONE HAVE A GO, AT THAT LITTLE PUG, TWO FACED, GIT WHEN SHE INSULTS SOMEONE" she exclaimed running all the words so fast I didn't know if I got what she said was right, I was still confused, but I pulled out a laugh at her expression and wording about the girl

"I mean, she needs to know what her own medicine tastes like" I said giggling with her and talking about what happened just then, until she turned to me with a grateful look

"and thank you for defending me" she said hugging me, I hugged her back 

"no one should call you a 'mudblood' anyways, I was just doing the right thing" I smiled at her as she hugged me again. Well thats one way to make a friend...we continued talking on the way to class until this man in all black, with a big black robe and introduced himself to the class.
