We all decided that we’d attend the school fundraiser today but I was having a hard time picking what to wear.

“Eunhee, help me!” I called out as she picked up the phone.

“With what?” she asked.

“I don’t know what to wear.”

“You never know what to wear,” I heard Hyunjin’s voice through the phone.

“Hyunjin? What are you doing there?” I asked.

“Uhhhh….who’s Hyunjin?” he asked.

“Don’t play dumb with me."

“Um, anyways. How about just wearing jeans with a t-shirt?” Eunhee said nervously.

“What shirt though?”

“How about the light purple one you bought but never wore?”

“I guess so, but it’s a crop top. Isn't that too much?”

“Just wear it, you have high-waisted jeans anyways, no one cares.”

“Okay, thanks for the help, I’ll hang up,” I said.

“Alright, no problem,” she said.

I left my phone on the desk as I fixed my shirt.

“You almost got us caught you idiot!” I heard Eunhee say.

“Oops, I forgot to hang up,” I said as I reached over to grab my phone.

“Sorry, I forgot we were doing this,” I heard Hyunjin say.

“Wait, so that’s the plan?” I heard Jeongin say.

What are they talking about?

It was almost time to meet up so I decided to end the call and head out. 

I got to the school and called Eunhee.

“Hello?” she answered.

“Are you almost here?” I asked.

“Sorry, I won’t be able to make it, my mom suddenly told me to run errands for her,” she said.

“Ah, okay. I’ll text you later then.”

“Sorry, bye,” she said before hanging up.

I decided to call Hyunjin after.

“Hello~” he answered.

“Where are you?” I asked.

“At home.”

“Aren’t you coming to the school?”

“I couldn’t find my favorite necklace so I’m not going.”

“I-”

“Don’t worry! Jeongin should be there in a bit. I gotta go now, good luck~” he said before hanging up.

What’s up with these two?

I heaved a sigh of frustration before calling Jeongin. 

He better not bail on me too.

“Hello?” he answered.

“Are you coming?” I asked.

“To the school?” 

“Where else,” I said impatiently.

“Yes, I am.”

Thank goodness.
“Where are you?”
