Chapter Twenty One

November 2018

"Hey, how long have you been up?" You turn around and see Sebastian standing there.

"Oh uh not too long ago, I ordered breakfast after my failed attempt the last time we cooked together." You say laughing.

He sits next to you on the couch as you scroll through your phone, "Any important calls?" He asks.

You sigh, "You heard this morning didn't you?"

"I did not okay fine yes I did but obviously you left before I can say anything else." He says nervously.

You sit on his lap, "Paul called so we can meet up later this week..."

"Oh that's cool, I can't say anything since we aren't eve.-"

"Can you shut up so I can tell you everything?" You say and he nods.

You smile, "He called me because he wants me to meet his fiancée."

"His...his fiancée?" Sebastian asks and you nod.

He sighs if relief, "Oh thank god."

"Well, aren't you happy..." You say frowning.

"I'm sorry it's just I thought my chances were ruined at-." He stops himself.

"At what?" You ask.

"Being mine, officially."

"I-I, can I think about it?" You ask him.

"Think about what y/n?"

"Please Sebastian, I'm not fully healed from everything."

"And I'll wait forever if I have to." He says.

And it sure did feel like forever especially for Sebastian. You finally decided to make it official in March, the only ones who didn't know about your reconciliation was the media/fans. You knew some people would be supportive but you knew it would also lead to hate. You both decided to keep it on the down-low with only your family and friends knowing.

Sebastian thought he wasn't going to get lectured by every family member and friend but boy was he wrong...

You were laying on the couch with Sebastian in your apartment watching a movie when the door opens and Taylor walks in and Sebastian tenses up. You told Taylor everything that happened while filming the movie with Sebastian and she's been wanting to speak with him for months and hasn't had the chance until now.

"You tricked me!" Sebastian says looking at you.

You smile at him, "Babe you've been avoiding her for months, you said you would talk to everyone."

"Yeah but she scares me...more than Chris!"

"That's a pretty good compliment." She says.

"Well, I'll be in my room while you two talk. Good luck." You say to Sebastian and walk off.

"Soo..." Sebastian says awkwardly.

"So when are you gonna tell her?" Taylor says.

He looks at her confused, "What are you talking about?"

"The ring. In your pocket."

"H-how did you know?" He asks.

"Tmz has a source."

He starts freaking out but Taylor stops him, "I'm kidding, you asked her dad for her hand which resulted in a punch to the face right?" She asks pointing to the light purple bruise that barely healed.
