Good Luck Charm

Natasha~

"Take it like a man Clint" I said trying to put an end to his whining. Honestly, the guy can take bullets without complaining, but when it comes to a little finger bite he's a complete wuss.

"Nat, there are TEETH MARKS in my FINGER!" He complained once again.

"I said sorry" Paige reminded him innocently. He sighed knowing he couldn't be mad at her.

"Why did you bite me anyway?" He asked.

"Pointing is rude and I'm on mommies side" she explained.

"You've won this time" He said walking out of the room defeated. Paige and I high-fived and continued unpacking. Paige's room wasn't complete but Stark assured us it'd be done by the end of the week. It wasn't a problem since she sleeps with me most of the time anyway. I finished unpacking my things and laid flat on the bed.

"Mommy can I mess with Mr. No-Manners?" Paige asked.

"Sure go ahead...wait-" She was out of the room before I had time to comprehend what she had said. Its that innocent tone I bet. "Screw it"

Paige~

I roamed the halls looking for Mr. No-Manners. I didn't find him but I found someone else. She was tall and she wore tall shoes. She wore a business suit with a skirt and was looking at papers.

"Hi!" I greeted. The lady looked down and smiled at me.

"Hey there, you must be Paige" She responded. I nodded and smiled. "Are you looking for someone?" She asked.

"I'm looking for Mr. No-Manners" I answered.

"You must mean Tony, well he's right over there" She motioned to the couch and I saw someone's head.

"Thank you Misssssssssssss-"

"Pepper, you can call me Pepper" she said finishing my sentence.

"Thank you Dr. Pepper" before she could comment on her new name I had already run over to Mr. No-Manners. When I saw him up close he had a few bandages here and there.

"What happened to you?" He glanced at me and sighed.

"Your mother"

"What did you do?" I asked. Mommy wouldn't hurt someone...without a really good reason.

"If I told you I think I'd end up getting more bruises"

"Is that why you're in time out?" I asked him.

"I'm not in time out" he objected.

"Then why are you just sitting here?"

"I like sitting?" It came out more like a question which confused me.

"I won't tell if you tell me" I promised.

"Nope, sorry" I plopped down on the couch and we sat for a few seconds.

"Mommy kisses my owie's better. She says I'm her good luck charm and I can't give luck if I'm hurt" He chuckled.

"Yeah well in my case I don't think a kiss is gonna help"

"What about a kiss from Dr. Pepper?" I glanced back to where she was sitting and she was looking over some papers.

"She's had about enough of me" I looked at his bruised face once more and gave him a kiss on the cheek before getting up and going to find something to do.

Tony~

Pepper came over and sat next to me on the couch.

"That was adorable" she said.

"Yeah, she's something else...I want one."

"I'll think about it" I sighed and thought back to her new name.

"So, Dr. Pepper eh?" I teased.

"Mr. No-Manners is it?" She shot back.

"Touché"

Paige~

I pushed a random button and the elevator started moving. I don't really like it but it gets me places faster. I came upon a room with some people working at desks. They all stopped what they were doing to look at me. Not wanting the attention, I pressed another button a bunch of times trying to get it to close.

I came to another floor. And there were mats everywhere. I saw ropes and big bags, but mostly mats. Something shiny caught my eye and I thought about how it resembled a suit. I went up to it and stepped into it. It closed up and adjusted to fit me. There was a blue screen and it had number and letters. I couldn't read so I didn't know what to do. I decided to get out since I don't think I'm suppose to be down here.

"Open sesame!" Then I started flying...out of the broken window...that broke.

Tony~

I was in the lab with Bruce working on a new project when JARVIS had put me in a situation that could cost me my life.

"Sir, it appears that you're prototype has gone missing" Bruce looked up at me with a bit of concern on his face.

"Missing how, JARVIS?"

"Miss Paige has activated it and is currently halfway to California. Miss Romanoff has also asked me where she was and it appears that she is quite angry"

"Good Luck charm, eh?"
