A Refreshing Breeze

It's been a few weeks and I have been practising my transformation, It still doesn't last for long, but it is lasting a bit longer each time. I have also bonded with the guys and I have been spending time with Kara too. We have become good friends and she often talks about Odin. I am finding out more about my brother through Kara's knowledge of him.

Brody has sent Ashby and Phoenix out to scout the other realms looking for survivors, they still do that every month, even after it's been many years because the demons are still out there and we want everyone from all the realms to feel safe. Anyone found is welcome to stay here and become part of our clan if they wish.

My black and white knights are due back today and I do worry for them. I call them that now because that is what they are when they go out of the dragon realm. I just want them back home safely. I also miss them too. I decided to go outside to see if I could see them.

After that day at the beach with Phoenix, we bonded deeper and I know he is still in love with me. He knows I love him, but I'm not in love with him as he is with me. He still gets me to touch him. He told me it helps him deal with his love for me.

I felt strong arms wrap around my waist as I stood on the castle steps. I smiled as I knew it was Romeo. He kissed my neck softly as I closed my eyes. I love feeling his touch upon me. He grinned as he whispered in my ear.

"I have never felt this way until I met you."

I moaned out as he kissed me with desire against my neck.

"Me too. I'm falling deeper in love with you."

I felt him grin as he continued kissing me and he held me tighter against him. I felt so happy and safe in his arms. I knew I still had to choose between him and Brody, but the way I felt about Romeo is so much stronger and I never wanted to be without his love.

I opened my eyes and I could see two small dots in the distance.

"They're back... My knights are home."

Romeo chuckled as he took me by the hand and we walked down to the open fields to wait for them to land. Romeo knew I love them all as a family and he chuckles each time he hears me call them my knights. That is what they are to me, but my best knight is in red shining armour, it will always be Romeo.

I felt a hand on my shoulder as I was waiting for them to land. I looked up to see Brody smiling at me. He caressed my cheek as he stood by my side. I smiled back at him as I spoke.

"You have also come to see Ashby and Phoenix return?"

"Yes, looks like we might have a new clan member too."

I looked up to see a very attractive man sitting on Phoenix's back. His beautiful blue eyes locked with mine and he gave me a smile as he slipped off Phoenix's back as he lowered his head in the grass.

The newcomer moved back as we all watched Phoenix and Ashby start to transform back into their human form. Phoenix's eyes locked with mine and he smiled. I know he was feeling aroused from the transformation.

I looked at Ashby and his face was red as he blew out a big breath then turned away. I gave a small chuckle as I walked over to them both. Phoenix gave me a hug and whispered into my ear.

"You are so beautiful, my queen. I've missed you."

"Thank you, Phoenix, I've missed you too and so glad you have returned home safely."

I pulled out of his arms and he grinned. I walked over to Ashby and he gave out a groan as I touched him. His face blushed with embarrassment, then he also hugged me. His lips touched my skin as he whispered.
