Lost In Paradise: Part One

Three months have passed. The Angels have been getting to know everyone and Quinn has been spending a lot of time with me. He told me that Angels have been given special powers by the big man upstairs. Some can freeze time, heal and also use magic like witches as well as use fire from their hands when needed to. It all depends on what God has assigned them to do.

I asked Quinn what his power was and he told me he can freeze time as well and something else. But he grinned and said he will show me sometime.

Quinn told me that is how they all got the demons back into the underworld, by using their special powers with the dragon's help by fighting with the ones that wouldn't surrender. Quinn told me that God will give out the appropriate punishment to them.

I was just glad this was over and the human world was once safe again. Now we can rebuild our realm in peace. I have noticed the Angels fitting in here. Some were teaching the younger ones with Kara some magic and some of the males were helping with the younger dragons to fight safely with Ashby at the dragon school.

Rye has gotten closer with Amber but he has also been watching me as I've noticed Quinn has. Breeze has noticed too and is also by my side. Especially now I am due soon.

Kara, Sasha and Luna have also been planning the wedding for me and Romeo. The female Angels have been great in assisting with the planning. And Holt and Odin have bonded and he is teaching Holt to fight better.

Romeo wants to get married soon after the baby is born. I also know Odin still wants to have that heart to heart with me, but we have all been so busy. Maybe we will get time after the wedding. The dragons know that even when I get married, nothing will change and I can still use my mating call on them.

Deep down I am very curious to do the mating call but also scared at the same time as one hundred male dragons are a lot to control, especially when they are aroused from their inner dragon.

I am hoping the Angels will fall in love and help me out a bit. But I know I still have my work cut out pleasing all the men in my life as it is. As five female Angels still isn't enough for one hundred male dragons, but it's a start.

I wonder if any of the male Angels will fall for the other female witches we have here? But we are always finding new people from the deserted realm all the time, as Ashby and Phoenix still go out with Rye scouting. Our realm will grow bigger and become stronger as it once was.

I was taken out of my thoughts as I felt a pain in my stomach. I looked down to find a puddle of water on the floor followed by another pain. I knew my waters had just broken and the baby was now on its way.

I called out to Breeze. I knew he wasn't far from me. He climbed through my window and smiled.

"The baby is coming. It's time to fetch Kara."

"I will go and get her, my queen. Please rest, I will be back very soon."

He smiled then kissed my lips before he rushed out at vampire speed. Brody then rushed into the room.

"Breeze just whizzed past me and said the baby is coming?"

I couldn't help but chuckle as Brody chose those words. I needed to laugh right now as the pain is getting stronger. Brody sat next to me and held me in his arms. I pulled on his shirt as my fingers scrunched tightly with each contraction.

Brody caressed my head softly and whispered it was alright. He was sweet and tried his best, bless him.

Breeze soon came back with Kara. Brody wanted to stay with me and I was very grateful for him to be here. I heard Romeo call out to me from behind the door. I smiled as I wanted him in here too, but it was only fair to Brody to not let him in. I knew it was Brody's special moment with me.

The hours passed and I sat holding another healthy baby girl. Brody was grinning so much. He couldn't put her down, not even for a second. I knew everyone wanted to see me and the baby, especially Romeo and Breeze.

But they all come in a few at a time to see her. Brody wanted to name her after his mother so I decided to honour his wish and we called her Kaida.

Brody pulled me into his arms as he held Kaida. He pressed his lips to mine and kissed me passionately. I felt his love bubble inside me. I love him just as much.

"Thank you for our beautiful daughter. I love you so much, Hydra."

"I love you too, Brody. You made her too, it wasn't all me you know?"

He chuckled softly as he spoke.

"Yes, I know... But I can't wait to make another one with... Especially doing the making part many times."

I giggled as he kissed me again.

"Hold Kaida, just for a moment. I have something for you, my beautiful queen."

Brody grinned as he gave me our daughter then kissed both of our heads gently before he left the room. I smiled at my daughter, she is so beautiful and she looks just like Brody. I can't believe I had two daughters now. I spoke to Kaida as I waited for Brody to return.

"I wonder what your father is up to?"

Brody soon came back in with Scarlet as she toddled into the room. She has just started to walk. I felt tears stream down my face as I watched her. Brody chuckled softly as he lifted her up so I could kiss her. He sat down on the bed then pulled a bunch of flowers from behind his back.

"Oh, Brody... They are just beautiful... Did you get them from the flower garden?"

"I did, and Scarlet helped me."

I chuckled as I looked at him. I held my hand on his cheek then kissed his soft lips.

"Thank you for spoiling me, Brody."

"Always, my queen and when you are back to normal. I am going to spoil you all over again... I am going to make you feel so good, you will feel as if you were lost in paradise."

Brody grinned then held his arms around all three of us. I was so happy right now.
