A few weeks have passed since I gave birth to my daughter Kaida.
Kara has been working hard on the wedding and it was tomorrow. Romeo told me he had a surprise for me and took me into his room. Romeo covered my eyes as he spoke to me.
"No peeking okay, baby?"
I giggled as I heard him chuckle in my ear softly.
"I won't, I promise."
Romeo took me further into the room then stopped. He pulls away his hands and watches my jaw drop at seeing a beautiful white wedding dress.
"Oh my God! How did you get a wedding dress?"
Romeo still chuckled softly as he pulled me into his arms. He tucked my hair behind my ear as he looked into my eyes lovingly.
"Angel made it for you."
"Angel? Is she the head of the female Angels?"
"That is correct. She had been helping Kara and the others with the wedding preparations and she told us she makes clothes as a hobby... She wanted to do this for her queen, as a thank you for letting her become part of the dragon realm."
"She made this by hand? But it is filled with lace and embroidery. It must have taken her a long time."
"Yes, she has been making it day and night."
I was blown away. I had to sit down as I felt the dress while I held the fabric between my fingers. Romeo still chuckled softly as he sat next to me on the bed.
"So? Is the dress to your liking?"
"It is gorgeous, yes... I am very happy and I need to thank her when I see her next."
"She will be pleased to know you love the dress."
"Oh, I do. I really do... And thank you, Romeo I knew you picked out the design."
He grinned and nodded. I kissed him and we fell back on the bed. He grinned as I ran my hands over his chest. He groaned out at my touch and I grinned as I spoke.
"I want to make love to you, but I will hold out for tonight after we are married."
His eyes lit up with excitement. I knew he was really looking forward to that part. I chuckled as he pulled me closer to him.
"How did I get so lucky to have your love?"
"You are lucky because you are the true queen of the dragon realm and you deserve all the love in this realm and more."
I chuckled softly.
"This realm is enough, I don't think I could handle any more than this and I have plenty of love here, but the love I want the most is right here beside me."
Romeo chuckled as he kissed my head softly while he held me tightly in his arms. I knew that by him knowing I loved him the most made him deepen his love for me.
"I will show you just how much I truly love you tonight, my queen."
"You bet you will, my king."
Romeo chuckles as he sat up then pulled me up by my hand.
"Well, we have a wedding to get ready for. I will send in Kara and Luna to help you with the dress."
"Okay, I will see you out there."
He smiled as he kissed me one last time then spoke."
"That you most definitely will, nothing will stop me marrying my true love."
