Third Person POV

Amatsuki's head was in a mess, the heavy paper bags of groceries in his arms were slowing him down from heading back to his apartment as he tried not to lose his balance and cause the groceries to fall on the ground. He held maybe four bags, two for their cleaning necessities and the other two were filled with food, refills for various condiments and some snacks.

He was only supposed to buy a certain food for a certain needy someone, but the brunet figured that it was better to get the other needed groceries as well while he was still outside. It wasn't unusual at all that Amatsuki would have the most tasks in their household, and though he didn't really mind having to shoulder all of the responsibilities, it sometimes got really annoying whenever his two other companions back at their apartment would constantly finish all of their snacks and require the brunet to go out and buy some again.

Well, no, it was only one of them who'd always whine and cause tantrums whenever he wouldn't have his daily midday snacks. It was a chore, taking care of that one person while the other, who was supposed to look out for their youngest companion, would always find a way to cause some trouble without Amatsuki's acknowledgement.

Or in short, it felt as if he was a mother of two kids.

Their relationship was a bit questionable. It wasn't common at all to have three people in a romantic relationship, they never really paid any heed to how they were viewed by others, not that it really mattered anyway. As long as the three of them were happy and contented with having each other, then there wasn't any need for anything else to be said against them, was there?

But back to the point, Amatsuki still felt as if he needed to give the other two some scoldings for always sending him out for groceries. Not only that, but he would always notice a few weird things whenever he arrives back at home. Amatsuki was aware of the dirty things Anku would constantly come up with that always involved their other boyfriend, Mafumafu, since the latter was quite the curious one when it came to such matters.

For context, Mafumafu was... somewhat a half-human, to put it simply. Unlike a normal human, he had a pair of what seemed like bunny ears on his head, and a bushy, yet fluffy tail on his behind that looked almost too alike to that of a rabbit's tail. Concerning, but the cute bunny features on the cute albino were no harm, other than some of the bunny-like traits that Mafumafu still possessed that would make it a little difficult for the other two to take care of him.

A few good examples would be his heat cycle, his constant need for attention(which was adorable enough in itself), and the perpetual occurrence of some tantrums.

Amatsuki sighed, feeling his phone vibrate and give off a quiet ding for what seemed like the fifth time. He could already picture the disaster that he'll step into once he reaches their apartment, and the brunet already held a small premonition about all the possible situations he'll see once he sees Anku with their bunny-hybrid boyfriend.

But as he was envisioning the possible scenarios he'll run into, Amatsuki suddenly spotted a familiar tuft of hair in his peripheral vision, and it sent his chest in a panic. If his vision served him right, then there was no mistake that the blond that he just saw crossing by the street was Anku, who was still wearing the same clothes that he woke up in earlier morning.

"Oh God, what the hell is he doing outside..?!" The brunet muttered to himself, letting out a silent groan as he tried to quicken his footsteps(all the while still holding the grocery bags firmly in his arms) and got closer to Anku. The younger male was just in front of him, probably going back to their apartment as well since he was going to the same direction as Amatsuki. There was a paper bag in his arms, and it seemed like he was in a rush from how tight his grip was on the bottom of the bag.
