I haven't talked to Draco for days and I've found myself having to drag myself from class to class.
Grace has tried to keep it positive but I know her and Lewis have been arguing a lot. I feel guilty because I know they're disagreeing about Draco and I.
I feel as everything is falling apart and no matter what I do to fix it, it still slips through my hands.
I sit in DADA beside Grace, Lewis and Draco sitting on the other side of the room from us.
I feel Grace look down at her lap as she sees Lewis and Draco chatting away with Daphne Greengrass and Tracey Davis.
"Don't let it bother you, he'll come around" I softly tell her.
"I don't know Stella" she sniffles, "He lost it on me last night"
"What did he say to you?"
"Well as you know, we've been disagreeing a lot. Not that it's your fault, but we both have ben arguing over how Draco has been treating you. Last night, he told me that he knows where Draco is coming from by pushing you away and that he thinks I should keep my space away from the both of them" her voice cracks.
"Keep your space? This isn't even between the two of you, and now he wants to keep his space" I scoff in disbelief.
Men. Can't trust em.
"He kept saying something about how he can't tell me but he needs me to stay away" she explains, a tear slipping down her cheek. "Clearly its nothing to be concerned about if he doesn't mind getting comfortable with Daphne"
She wipes her tear off her cheek. I turn my head slightly to see Draco and Lewis talking to Tracey and Daphne. My heart stings when I see Daphne rest her hand on Dracos arm she laughs at something he said. He looks up and I see his head turn to me but I look away before he can look at me.
After the bell Grace and I walk out of class.
We walk into the great hall for our free period. I see Draco and Lewis with Blaise and Goyle at the Slytherin table.
"Stella! Grace!" Harry calls across the room and waves us over from the Gryffindor table.
I smile and see Lewis and Dracos heads whip towards us walking over to the Gryffindor table.
"Hey guys" we sit beside the three best friends.
"Are you coming to watch the first game tonight? There's an after party, you two should come" Hermione invites.
"Yeah you two should come, I made the team and I'm the keeper. You gotta come" Ron boasts.
"Will be there, should we go all out and wear red" Grace giggles.
"After class come and get ready in my room, we can dress up I have extra Gryffindor sweaters" Hermione cheers when we agree to going.
Hermione and I leave early before Ron and Harry and go to our last period potions on time. Unlike the two of them who will show 10 minutes late
"I've put you all into groups of two, go into your group and start to brew the potion on page 19" Slugghorn orders.
I look at the black board and frown when I see Dracos name beside mine.
Hermione gives me a "I'm sorry" look and walks over to join her partner.
I groan and grab my books walking over to the lab bench. I ignore Draco sitting beside me as I pick up all the ingredients we need.
"Will divide the work. You cut and l'll brew" I coldly tell him.
I brew the potions, adding them in as he cuts them.
I see him struggling with the bean, it keeps slipping everytime he tried to cut it.
