My alarm goes off at exactly 6:30am. Today is our OWLs.

I hear Grace groan beside me, "turn that stupid thing off, would ya?" She yells at me.

I switch off the alarm and get ready for the day.

I walk back into the room and see Grace finally getting out of bed.

"Have you finished packing your things?" She asks me, knowing how I always forget something.

"Yes and you can double check the room in you need too" I assure.

After OWLs we get to go home for our summer break, which I'm bloody looking forward too.

School has taken a toll on me, I can assure you that. As sad as I am to leave my friends for the summer, I also need a break. This years been hard enough to get through already.

"Good morning" I slip into the common room. I see Draco leaning against the pillar waiting for me.

We've been pretty subtle about everything. We haven't talk about "us" since that night. I guess we kinda just mutually agreed that we would see how things go, considering this is the first time we've gone longer then a week with out almost killing each other.

"Good morning. Are you ready for your OWLs?" I stressed.

"Yes, you've only been shoving my text books in my face for the last week" he scoffs.

We make our way to the hall, the single desks are lined up alphabetically.

We take our seats across the room from each other.

Last time we were supposed to have OWLs the twins came in with fireworks, causing us to get exempt until now. I silently prayed that they'd pull that act off again to get me out of it.

After two hours the bell goes off and we hand in our work.

"I think I did good, I mean I hope" I chat to Hermione as we hand in our tests.

"I'm sure you did fine, you're a smart witch" she compliments.

"I'm just glad we get to go home now" Harry adds, walking towards us from behind.

"Me too. School has definitely over done me this year" I groan.

I see Draco awkwardly standing around,

"I'll see you guys at the train!" I wave to my friends and walk off.

"How was it?" I ask Draco

"Not bad honest, your constant lecturing all week actually did something good for once" he teased.

I roll my eyes, " well that's why you should listen to me more often, Malfoy" earning a chuckle from him.

The train ride home is quick. I feel the sadness creep over me as we get closer to the platform. I don't want to leave Draco when we just started whatever we have going on.

Leaving him was harder then I thought it was going to be. I could tell he felt the same as he surprised me when he pulled me into a hug and gave me a soft peck before we got off the train.

We promised to write to each other as much as possible but I have a funny feeling, that won't go as planned.

Dracos POV

Dear Stella,

I'm sorry I'm just writing you back now. Things have gotten really busy at home. I'm glad that you enjoyed your trip to visit your aunt, Scotland is beautiful.
I wanted to invite you to come stay for a few nights at the manor before school starts again. My mum wants to meet you.
See you soon,
Draco.

It's almost the beginning of August now. The first month of break went quick like how it does every year.

Stella has been writing to me, but I haven't gotten the chance to write her back. I've been busy lately.
Over the school term my father has gotten involved with the Dark Lord. Which has lead to today.

"Draco are you ready?" My mother knocks on the door.

"Yeah" I called.

I follow my mother down the stairs and see my father standing.

"Come on Draco. The dark lord wants to see you now" he ordered.

I swallow the anxiety that has been sitting in my throat for the last week since my father informed me that the Dark Lord needs me to complete a task, he didn't tell me what it was but he told me everything I needed to know when it came to being involved with him.

I walk into our large dinning room. I feel my stomach twist and my nerves spike as I come to face to face with the Dark Lord.

"Draco" he raises his arms, ordering me to sit down.

I slowly take my seat across from him, the long table keeping us a couple of feet apart.

"Im sure your father has told you that I need to complete a very important task for me" he starts, me listening closely along. "I need you to kill Dumbledore"

My heart drops to my feet. I feel my blood run cold.

"Ki.. kill Dumbledore" I choke

"Yes. Can I count on you to complete this task?"

I think about what my father told me when he first talked to me about this.. agree to everything he says, if not, he'll kill you.

"Yes, my Dark Lord" I vowed.

"I need to make sure I can find you if you decided to go into hiding" he says motioning me over.

My father also told me what he was going to do to me.

He was going to make me a death eater.
