Hour. Yes. Hour. Oras na ang lumipas ngunit nandito parin ako naghihintay and it's almost 10pm hindi parin ako nakakasakay. Panay na ang tawag ni Arziel sa akin and I just told her that I'm stuck in waiting for the cab.

"Nasaan ba ang kotse mo, ha?!" I heard her being hysterical. "Mag-aalas dyes na, Allyssa. Are you out dating? Sabi mo wala kang night shift? May emergency ba?!" tanong niya ulit.

"No, my car didn't start. Ambot ngano? I called the guards and they told me that they will call the maintenance to move it to the nearest 'Talyer'." sabi ko. "I told you, something is wrong with it." dagdag ko.

"Wait, I think there's a cab already. I need to take this down. See you at the condo." sabi ko at agad na ibinaba ang tawag. Shit. Kung minamalas ka nga naman.

I heard a horn and there I saw an Audi going out from the site. It's too flashy that I already know who's the owner.

I saw the guard saluted and the window of the car open like the owner inside is instructing the guard something. Sumara ulit ang kotse at umusad. God, can you just give some cab? Or just a miracle taxi that I can ride on. Shit, I don't want him to see me, waiting for a cab here.

And when I am spacing out thinking for the cab to come at my way. The Audi park infront of me and I almost want to run away when it's window opened.

"Dr. Buenconsejo? You still not going home?" His familiar cold baritone voice invaded my ear shot that made me bit my lower lip.

This situation remind me what scenario I have with him years ago. He gave me his jacket and that was the start of everything.

"Uh... Hey..." mahina kong bati at yumuko upang tingnan siya. Inayos ko ang pagkakahawak ng jacket ko at bag upang hindi mahulog.

"Come on, I'll give you a ride." sabi niya.

Damn it, he looks so dashing hot in his car seat, in front of that steering wheel.

"Nako, hindi na, Architect." sabi ko sa kanya.

Ako? Sasama sa kanya? No, way!

I saw his brows furrowed like he didn't like what I said.

"That's not even a question that needed your answers. I'll give you a ride and come on. It's getting midnight, the night is cold." he said.

Shit, can I just disappear? Why is he making this hard? I can just take a cab and he can just drive now and speed off away.

"Hindi na, Architect. I can just take a cab from here." sabi ko. I saw him clench his jaw like his thin patience is running fade.

"You've been an hour here, right? Or is it more? No taxi is available here, all that passes here is already occupied. Unless you book it." sabi niya.

Right! Ang tanga! Bakit nga ba hindi ako nga book?

"Ah, okay, I'll just book—" my sentence cut off when he go out in his car and turned to my direction. He open the front seat and shot a brow at me.

"Get in now, it's getting midnight. If you'll gonna book, it takes hours to wait. You're near at my territory, if something bad happens to you, that will be going to be my responsibility." he said.

What? Territory? Don't tell me, this condominium building that is under contruction is his? Or he's just the head of this site?

"Nako, Architect. Okay lang! Makakapaghintay naman—"
