"Oh no, you're misunderstanding me." Oikawa leaned forward again, eyes darkening slightly as one of his brows raised.
"Tobio-chan, I'm going to make you watch."

Back at Shiratorizawa's suite, the cadets exchanged grim words and everlasting embraces with one another before retreating back to their rooms to try and sleep off the pressing sadness from the loss of one of their sharp shooters.
Goshiki was asleep on the couch with his head rested on Tendou's shoulder having exhausted himself from grieving, the red haired boy running his hand up and down the younger's arm gently.
Goshiki's bulletwound was safely bandaged, but now that wasn't the main concern of the mafia.
Semi hadn't returned.
Ushijima stood by the window, lips pressed into a thin line. "Tendou." he murmured dismally, not bothering to turn to look at his deputy.
Tendou glanced over at him, carefully shifting Goshiki off of him into a position where the younger boy was still comfortable before maneuvering himself over to his leader's side. "I don't think he's coming back, if that's what you were going to ask."
Not the usual version of his deputy, Ushijima had observed. Since returning to the suite without Semi, Tendou had completely drawn in on himself, barely speaking upon being asked if he was alright by some of the other cadets and when he did his voice was sharp and unguarded instead of his usual playful slur.
"I wasn't," Ushijima whispered, and a tense silence followed between them before he turned slightly and held out his arms, brows arched. "It will be alright, Satori."
Tendou practically crumbled, throwing his arms around his leader and burying his head into the crook of Ushijima's neck, not letting himself cry but the back of his throat burned as if he was about to.
Ushijima frowned, gently threading his arms around Tendou and pulling the cadet closer against him, pressing the side of his head against his deputy's and closing his eyes. "I promise you, it will."
He knew very well that Tendou wouldn't let his tears fall, but he could still feel a faint shiver in the boy's back that told Ushijima it was hard to keep in his emotions. "Knowing him, I am sure he is still alive."
Tendou let out a weak laugh, sniffling and leaning back a little to be able to see his leader's face. "Ah, don't make me cry, Ushiwaka.."
"Well, crying can be good sometimes." Ushijima offered him a small smile, brushing one of his thumbs beneath Tendou's eyes and tilting his head slightly. "It's a good way to release emotions. Besides, how will I know if you are alright if you do not ever show me you are upset?"
Tendou returned the smile, leaning lightly into the boy's hand as Ushijima let his fingers linger over his cadet's face for a few more moments. "I hope you know how much I love you."
Ushijima's face flushed and he cleared his throat with an embarrassed shrug, but didn't bother to let go of Tendou. If a moment alone with him was what his deputy needed, he'd always oblige. "As a colleague?"
"As whatever you want me to be."

Suga was shuffling around his room of the suite looking for things, unearthing a bandage from a medical kit towards the corner of his desk and unrolling it while slipping off his overcoat.
