- Chapter One -

(Before we get into this, let's get into some ranks, shall we?
Karasuno's leader will be Daichi ;) to switch it up a little, and his second in command will be Suga.
Nekoma it'll be Kuroo as the leader and his second in command Kenma ofc. Fukurodani it'll be Bokuto as a *chaotic* leader lmao and his second in command Akaashi.
Shiratorizawa will have Ushiwaka as leader and Tendou as his second in command.
Seijoh lets say Oikawa as the leader and ~Iwa-chan~ as his second in command. So essentially, the captains are leading everything however chaotic that'll get lmaooo.
Other groups will be introduced later on hehe~ now shall we get into the story?)

"Sir?"

Daichi turned from his desk, blinking and feeling his lips lift in a smile upon recognizing the boy at his door. "Suga," he greeted warmly. "What can I do for you?"

"Bokuto-san is suggesting a meeting. Apparently there's 'important matters to discuss'." Suga shrugged, walking further into the room and letting the door slide closed behind him. "Also, your tie is uneven." He mused as he fixed it for the leader, grinning.

Daichi made a small "pshh" sound as he looped an arm around Suga's waist, pulling him in for a small hug. "When was he thinking?"

"Tonight, in the later hours. He said he would keep us posted." Suga responded quietly, raising an eyebrow and smirking faintly. "Think we can trust him?"
"I don't know if we can trust any of the surrounding mafias, if I'm honest with you." Daichi breathed out, distancing himself from the cadet before him as if he were distracting - which he most certainly was in his neat white dress shirt and nice black tie. "But we won't know till we get there, hm?"

Suga nodded, fluffy hair falling slightly over his eyebrows as he did so before he brushed it away, clearing his throat as a frown surfaced to his face. "Anything else bothering you?" His brows arched, concerned with how much distance Daichi was keeping from him as of lately. Did he do something wrong?

"No, I'm alright." The leader murmured, adjusting his overcoat and narrowing his eyes expectantly as the door opened to expose a certain pair of big brown eyes and familiar spiky hair.

"Am I interrupting something?" Nishinoya snickered teasingly, raising his brows twice and crossing his arms as he leaned on the doorframe. After not getting an immediate response his suspicion rose and he turned to shout, "Tanaka! It's real!"

"What do you want?" Daichi grumbled, folding his arms across his chest and huffing as he waited expectantly for an explanation.

"Nothing, I just wanted to know what the plan was, some of us are starting to uh..." Noya barely had time to finish before Kageyama could be heard shouting at Hinata from down the hall, a very distinct 'boke Hinata boke!' that everyone had come to know. "Some of us are getting bored around here."

Suga chuckled softly, glancing over at Daichi before nodding and straightening his posture again. "We'll be off to a meeting in a matter of hours. Start getting everyone ready, please."

"Sure thing!" Noya grinned, thrilled with the idea of having some authority, and turned to march out of the room.

"Can I talk to you later about something?" Daichi eventually spoke, though his voice held a certain level of anxiety as he frowned and peered at his deputy.

Suga turned slightly to flash him a radiant smile, nodding. "Of course, sir." His eyes rather suddenly dimmed as if he was disappointed with something, clearing his throat again and starting to walk for the door, not saying anything else.

Daichi watched him leave, a fairly guilty expression on his face. He wanted to tell Suga exactly how he felt, wanted to hold him close forever and give him all the kisses he deserved. But he couldn't, there was a rift between them that he couldn't seem to break. He knew it was because of Michimiya - one of the allies of the mafia - and he didn't know how to reassure Suga that there was nothing between them, and that his second in command was really the one he wanted.
