"Oh my god, you're like a teenage girl." Sakura joked, running a brush through Kuroo's hair, who was currently spread out across the floor to the manager's room, the six girls peppered around him.
"I know~" He retorted, squawking when Sakura jabbed him.
"Where are you bringing him?" Kaori asked. Kuroo shrugged.
"I have a few places in mind, but I'm not sure yet. We've already eaten, so I'm not too worried about a fancy dinner or anything." Sakura pat his head.
"You aren't as low-IQ as I thought you were." She stood up--with help from Kiyoko--and slipped over to the multiple folded clothing piles, her finger hovering over them before slowing. "Ah-Ha!" She picked up a pair of ripped black jeans and shirt with a long, soft duster. She tossed it towards Kuroo. "There, ya' oaf." She held out a a pair of black low-cut sneakers. "Tsukishima's waiting." He smiled.
"What would I do without you guys~?"
~
"Listen here," Sakura stretched upwards, her eyes only a few inches below Tsukishima's, who shifted a little under her gaze. "You break my brother's heart, and I steal your kneecaps." He smirked at this.
"You'll have to catch me first," he joked. Sakura snorted, waving her hand in a carefree manner and turning to Kuroo.
"He's the one, Tets~" She elbowed him in the side as she walked by. "Have fun you two~"
~
Kuroo shifted nervously on his feet, watching Tsukishima's reaction. He was completely entranced by the first-year and was hell-bent on awing the blonde. The lights of Tokyo shimmered, painting the night sky a rainbow of colors, reflecting in Tsukishima's amber gaze. Kuroo felt his heart flutter at the sight of a small smile on the other blocker's face.
"It's nice." He remarked. "You don't get sights like these in Miyagi." His eyes travelled skyward towards the sky, the stars glittering against the dark backdrop. "Even with the city, the sky is still pretty." He rubbed a hand against his bare arms, regretting not grabbing his sweatshirt. Currently, he was only wearing a pair of jeans and a dark purple t-shirt with a small moon and star on his chest. His brow rose when he felt a warm, soft feeling piece of clothing go around his shoulders. Kuroo smiled softly.
"What? You looked cold." Tsukishima didn't say anything, slipping his arms through the sleeves.
"What should I expect in a date from a Kuroo?" "
Well, from my experience, she's super attentive, makes sure to not cross any lines, she did everything with consent and made sure I was comfortable."
Tsukishima shook his head, huffing out an amusing breath. He really is a Kuroo.
~
Later, when they got back to the training camp, Kuroo would forever remember the best moment of his life. They had stopped by Karasuno's door and Tsukishima had turned towards him, shifting from one foot to another.
"You have a face." He remarked. Kuroo cocked his brow.
"Yes, I do?"
"I mean a nice face. You have a nice face." The first-year corrected.
"Thank you?" The blond sighed, his face an adorable light pink.
"Please accept my attempt at flirting, I don't know what I'm doing."
