"DAAAAIIIICHIIII!" Said Captain took a careful step back, flinching as Sakura slammed onto the breaks a few inches in front of him.
"U-Um, what do you need, Kuroo?" He asked, holding his plate away. She bowed quickly.
"Please allow me to date Yachi!" She only peeked up after a moment of silence and her lips parted at Daichi's smile.
"I was waiting for you to ask. Dang, it took you long enough~" He teased. She stuck her tongue out at him.
"Hush. I was taking it slow. You would understand, Mr. I didn't confess my love until my third year of high school even though it was obvious Sugamama loved me~" He smacked her upside the head playfully.
"You be quiet." He hissed as she rubbed her head.
"Dad-Chi just can't handle the truth~" He raised his hand threateningly and she held her hand up in defense. Daichi just shook his head, smiling.
"Yes, you can date our Yachi." He said finally. "But only if you dave her from the other teams." She followed his motioning hand and her brows knit together. Yachi was being circled by some of the taller players looking like she was about to throw up.
"Oh-ho-ho~Time for a throwdown~" Daichi laughed a little as she hobbled over. Ubugawa's captain yelped as he was whacked in the leg with a crutch. Sakura smiled innocently. "Mind taking these for me?" She thrust her crutches into his suspecting hands before grabbing a plate, piling on some meat and onigiris before wrapping an arm around Yachi's shoulders and steering her away. "C'mon Bebes," she cooed, rubbing her shoulder. Yachi relaxed against her, hooking a finger through Sakura's belt loop.
"Thanks Kura." She mumbled.
"Course Yacchan." She pulled out a chair for Yachi, opting to sit next to Yachi, who was talking with Kageyama. She sat down the precarious plate, passing the first-year a fork, herself reaching for an onigiri when Akashi grabbed it, smiling innocently at Sakura, who huffed. "I, um, wanted to ask you something, Yachi..." The blonde--who had a forkful of food almost to her mouth--paused, giving Sakura her attention. She wrung her hands nervously. "Well...We've been in this gray area for a while now...And I really like you. And I wanted to know if you...Erm, wantedtobemygirlfriend." Yachi blinked.
"Huh?" Sakura took another deep breath.
"Yachi, will you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" Yachi choked on her onigiri and Akashi spun around, Mom instincts kicking in. Sakura snorted, patting her back gently and offering her a cup of water--which Akashi had passed to her in under one second. The first-year grabbed it, sipping it gratefully, her face aflame.
I--Was not expecting that so suddenly." Yachi admitted before looking down at the table, smiling gently. "But...I would really like that, Kura."

"There's a baby crow in my lap, there's an emo crow on my shoulder. Baby crows everywhere!" Sakura whisper shouted. Sugawara, who was sitting in front of her, huffed out an amused laugh. Currently, she had Hinata in her lap and Kageyama on her shoulder, both out. The pair had both demanded she talk to them about volleyball while Yachi sent her an apologetic look, sitting down next to Yachi. Currently, she was on Karasuno's bus, headed towards Miyagi--much to Nekoma's dismay. She bounced her knee nervously, her hands running through Hinata's hair rapidly. Had she mentioned she was going with Yachi because she was going to meet her mother?
