EMILYS POV
I heard the front door open and saw my dad walk in, "I've brought the sho-"
He stopped mid-sentence when he saw Victoria standing there, "Victoria, what are you doing here?" He asked utterly shocked.
"David, it's true. You're alive" she stepped away from Daniel and moved closer to him and I handed Laura to Nolan and told Charlie to go into his room, "Victoria get out of my house now!" I yelled and Daniel stood behind me with his hands on my shoulders.
"Well it's nice to see you too Emily, or should I say Amanda" she shot me a wicked smile and I glared at her, "I said get out or I swear you'll never see the light of day again!" I pushed her backwards and Daniel grabbed me and held me protectively while David stopped Victoria from coming at me.
"Em, I think you need to go upstairs" Daniel whispered in my ear. I turned my head back, "Not while she's in my living room!" I wasn't in the mood to calm down. Nolan had taken Laura upstairs into the nursery so it was just us four here now. David let Victoria go and Daniel did the same to me. As soon as we were both out of their grips Victoria ran at me and neither Daniel nor David had time to stop her. She tackled me to the ground and slapped me before someone pulled her off.
"Emily are you okay?" I could hear Daniel but everything was a bit hazy. I felt him touch my cheek.
"GET OUT VICTORIA! I WILL NOT HAVE YOU HURTING MY DAUGHTER ANY MORE THAN YOU HAVE" my father screamed and I heard footsteps go outside. A few tears slid down my face and then my vision came back to me. I had a searing pain in my left cheek. I walked over to the couch and sat down. Both Daniel and my dad tried to help me by asking if I needed anything but I refused both times. Finally they gave up and Daniel explained to my dad where he had been for the past few weeks. I eventually fell asleep on the couch until I was woken up by men barging into the house. I sat up and Daniel, Nolan and David weren't there. Two men came over to me and handcuffed me, "Emily Grayson, you are under arrest for the murder of Victoria Grayson, anything you say can and will..." He finished the next four lines but I wasn't listening. As I was being dragged outside I saw Daniel trying to push past the people who were holding him back. David was shaking his head and trying to pull Daniel back and Nolan was holding Laura with Charlie crying at his legs.
