EMILYS POV
"...I was asleep through that entire time. I didn't wake up until I was arrested." I practised what I was going to tell the judge and jury to Nolan. It was the fourth day of the trial and I needed to give my statement.
*A few hours later*
I stood up and looked around. I had to be convincing, it shouldn't be difficult. I was telling the truth, for once. I took a deep breath in, "Victoria Grayson came to my house-" I was interrupted by someone yelling outside the room.
"STOP STOP! I CANT DO THIS" I knew the voice who was yelling, I was about to start again when the doors of the courtroom barged open and the person came running down the aisle,
"It was me, I did it. I killed her." She said.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, the judge said they would take a break and I was taken into another room again. The last thing I saw in all the chaos was her, she had just admitted to killing Victoria Grayson, I was free but she was not.
