Chapter 15

Jennie's POV 
We came back at the shore and sat at the blanket and lift our heads to see the stars and moon. 

"You know, I didn't notice that it was full moon tonight" I said. Lisa looked at me and smiled. 

"Can I tell you a secret?" She said. 

"Sure. What is it?" I look at her and she quickly look up again. 

"When I first turn into a wolf, I can't control my self got my parents hurt. Specially mom." she said while still staring at the moon. I didn't bother to say anything and just stayed silent. 

"I always believe that there's someone in the moon that can grant any of your wish. Everybody call him 'Man on the moon'. When mom got hurted, I wish that I don't have this demon inside of me. But I guess the Man on the moon didn't hear it and the demon inside me worsen. Everytime that the full moon arise, the demon inside of me will awaken. No one can tame it not until..." She stopped and look at me. 

"Not until you came in my life." she continued. 

"How?" I asked. 

"The moment you were born I was there. I know your father. He's one of my friends.  Your father asked me a favor to guard you from the vampires. I don't know if this is the right time but I think you should know this." She looked at me in a worried eyes and continued.

"Jen, your father is a vampire." 

Once she said that I felt my world stop. My father is a vampire? But how? How did he fall inlove into a human? 

"I know you're asking youself how. I can read it. Your father. He helped me find the one who killed my mother. And get revenge. He said that he doesn't want to be a vampire, that he's forced to be like them. That time your father is a new born vampire but he just hunt animals to fed himself. I caught him when he's about to kill Yeri. And yes, Yeri is a wolf too. Seulgi's younger sister. He thought that Yeri is just a wolf and that time he's desperate to drink blood. I didn't expect him to fall inlove with a human. I assign him to one of my business and that's where he met your mother. Your mother is a pure human and she knows about your father. They didn't expect to have a baby but here you are. When you were born they're so happy that you didn't turn into a vampire." She touch my face and smiled sadly. 

"He asked me if I can imprinted you, to protect you from the vampires. I see your future the moment I touched you. So I agreed. And that night when you lost in the middle of the forest, it's not a coincidence. I was really there because I want to protect you. I just save your mother first before I found you. But when you grow up and we met in the university, everything fucked up. Your future changed." She then look up again with a tears flowing down on her cheeks. 

"Grandpa didn't know about you. I keep you a secret from him but he found out and asked Kai to kill you before you turned into one of them.. When I see your future I said to myself that I will protect you no matter what. And I didn't expect to fall inlove with you. I do everything just to not they found you but I failed. They've found you. When grandpa died I trained myself to be become stronger. I can control the demon inside me now."  

"Lisa... What will happen if I turned into one of them?" I asked. She closed her eyes and bow down. 

"Then I have to kill you. Even if it hurts." She said.  Tears are falling down on my cheeks now. I remembered what happen on the day that they vanished. 

"Lisa.. You will not let me turn into one of them right? I will stay a human right?" I hopefully asked. Lisa cupped my face.

"I'll protect you Jen, I'll protect you because I love you." She said while placing her forehead on mine.
