DANI stared at Xavi. Tulog na tulog ito. He must have been exhausted because of their long flight. Sobrang excited nito na umuwi ng Pilipinas. Maybe deep in her son's mind and heart, he'll finally going to see his father. But he only got disappointed.

"He's already growing, Dani."

Napalingon siya kay Ara. Agad na niyakap niya ito. She missed her best friend so much. Which is also one of the reasons why she's back. May panibagong branch na magbubukas. It will be their tenth branch.

Ara looked at her.

"I don't want to break his heart, Ara. He's too young to get hurt." Malungkot na saad niya.

She remembered how curious Xavi was about his father. When he's asking what his father looked like, she will tell him to look at the mirror. Kamukhang-kamukha ito ng ama. The reason why she really couldn't forget about him. Because there's Xavi.

"I'm sure he'll understand. Mahal na mahal ka niya, Dani." Ngunitian siya ni Ara.

She nodded. And when that day comes, the world will also meet him. He'll be the star of her vlogs. There were those clips she has of him.

"Aren't you tired?" Untag sa kanya ng matalik na kaibigan.

"I am. "There's so much to do."

Ara eyed her. "You're staying for good."

"Hindi ko pa alam, Ara."

"But it looks like it."

There's still no concrete plan if they will stay for good. Marami pa rin siyang naiwan sa Vancouver. She knew she will always go back home. She wasn't ready but she knew she has to. It's time to face the past. It's time to if she's moved on already or not.

Napakunot ang noo niya sa sariling luggage. It seems different. It opened but the clothes inside weren't hers. It belongs to someone else.

Her mother shouldn't be cooking for them at all, dahil may mga katulong naman but she always wants to do it for them. Lalo na sa kanilang mag-ina.

"Dan," tawag niya sa kapatid. Lumingon ito. "Mali 'yung luggage na nakuha mo."

Kumunot ang noo nito. "What? I checked it, Ate. Iyon 'yung sa'yo a?"

"It looks like mine but it isn't."

Her mom said.

"Yes, Ma. Pabantay na lang muna kay Xavi." She smiled.

She knew it's too much to ask of him ngunit wala namang ibang makakatulong sa kanya kundi ito. But her files are there too.
