day 01 with ???
13:10

though i had no plans in caring about the human, my curiousity overcomes me, i just had to know if he's able to communicate. i have no idea what i've gotten myself into and it's best if i have a little bit of insight.

well, i can't exactly back out now. i was already in too deep from when i clicked checkout on that sketchy website.

damn it, park sooyoung, if it hadn't been her bugging me about it, this wouldn't have happened.

but if there's truly anyone to blame, it's me. i had no idea what came into my mind that night, i didn't even need a cabinet, for god's sake. that tiny inconvenience really caused a lot of shit to happen. but am i really gonna blame an inanimate object right now? it's my fault for bitching over a broken handle.

tossing my phone off somewhere near the couch, i stare up at the ceiling, and a series of curses runs through my mind. you are so fucked, younghyun, you idiot. you should've just went to college.

i've never felt so devastated with my state right now; i don't know how to take care of the human, and i surely don't know how to take care of myself either. so how is this gonna work out?

i stand up from the couch, walking to the kitchen to see the boy silently sleeping. he's been sleeping ever since he got out of the box, and he hasn't moved an inch. i don't think he has eaten yet. should i give him something to eat?

moving over to the fridge, i open the door to only be greeted by nothing but a single egg on the door shelf. "prime example of why you should've went to college." i mutter to myself.

for a while, i stood still but my gaze was on the boy, and my curiousity is still here. i need to know if he can talk, so i can get this all over with.

my lips form a little smirk, and with force, my hand slams the door shut. obviously on purpose so the latter would wake up from the noise.

but no, he didn't even move.

i sigh in defeat, ruffling my hair as i went out the kitchen to grab my phone from the living room. i scrolled through the apps that were in the folder called 'FOOD 😈', i have to feed the boy, of course.

coming back from the living room as I am still looking through my phone, i lift my head up, and i jump back a little in surprise when i see the boy sitting up. "holy shit, you're awake?"

he looks at me for a bit, and i can't really read his expression, it's blank, but he seems quite anxious based on him fidgeting with his fingers. "h..hello.." he mumbles, barely looking up to my eyes.

i took a seat in front of his, "are you hungry?" i ask, and he slowly lifts his head up.

his eyes flutters, before he speaks again. "he- hello.."

i was getting a little impatient, "yeah, what's up, are you hungry or what?" i ask again, and this time, he started to seem frantic when his hands started to shake and his eyes were looking around his surroundings. he seems unsure of where to go or how to respond.

instead of pushing the question further, i decide to get straight to the point. "i know you're scared but look, i'm sending you home as soon as possible." i start, leaning in but he continued to look away. "so, i want you to help me out. do you know where you live at least?"
