When Alexi came back it was a shit show. Creed was pissed with Alexi taking off. There was no "I'm happy to see you" or " I'm glad your back" there was only anger from Creed as he roughly grabbed Alexi and gave the entire man a shake. Part of me wondered if he was going to end up with whiplash. It was like something in Alexi snapped at that moment.

"Remove your fucking hands from me. I won't tell you again, that's an order."

I watched Creed grind his teeth as he ripped his hands off Alexi angrily. He stormed past me almost knocking me over. You could see the stress on Alexi's face when he finally let out the breath he had been holding. I found myself wondering if he had been waiting for Creed to give him backlash on the whole event. Surely he didn't expect Creed to be ok with the whole deal, right?

"He's going to be so pissed with me over this."
"You're right. He will."
" I had to. I need space... At least right now..."
"Alexi, you don't have to explain this to me. You're entitled to have whatever feelings you want and you're allowed to push people away."
"I feel guilty now."
"That's because you know Creed is hurt and that's not something you desired. You just needed your space."

He sighed again before leaving the area. Where ever he was headed it was to do some deep thinking. His face said it all. Alexi knew this was going to be a massive fight at some point in the day. That's just how it would have to be for them.  I wouldn't class them as a toxic relationship, just a tense one that required work. Jackson even looked half sorry for them as he walked closer to me.

"You ok? Creed almost bowled you over in his rage stomp out."

"I'm Ok, but I don't know about them."

"I'm sure they will figure this out, They are smitten with each other, even if they don't realize it."

"That's honestly what I'm apprehensive about. I don't want them getting hurt."

"You best just leave them to figure things out."

"That's hard----"

"That's an order Zev, Stay out of their business unless you are asked by them both to intervene."

"An order huh?"

"Yes."

"Who gave you that kind of power? They clearly let it go to your head."

"Now Dr.Martin that's not very professional of you."

"It's Zev for you. I don't have to be professional."

Sighing I left the main area and wandered around the house for a while. I didn't have anything to occupy my time with. I was walking right by my office when the door flew open and Alexi left my office. His eyes locked on mine and he pointed at me the only words out of his mouth were " You come with me."

I found myself following behind him and not asking questions because I could feel the anger radiating from him, I didn't even have to ask him how this made him feel. it was dangerously clear. He led me somewhere I hadn't been before and unlocked a door to a room that was heavily metallic scented. I wondered if he planned on killing me right then and there when he flicked on the lights. The room was clearly somewhere that shooting took place, it was a range of some kind.

I stood there and watched as Alexi went and unlocked a locker and took out a few guns.

"I'm going to assume you really don't know how to shoot a gun."

"That's pretty much right."

"Alright."

He lined up a few smaller handguns on the tabletop and went through checking them all over to make sure they were functioning properly before he went to a separate area and got ammo for the guns. All the guns on the table made me pretty uncomfortable but I didn't say anything.

"You don't have to look so uncomfortable, I won't shoot you. I actually like your presence around here."

"I'm glad. I really don't mind being here."

"That's good."

"Yes."

"Come here. The safety is on."

I got closer to the table and away from the door. Alexi smiled slightly at the fact that I actually came over.  He grabbed a gun and explained how to take the safety off it and how to shoot it before he handed the gun to me and grabbed one himself, a box of ammo in his hand.  He walked towards another area and opened the door with his foot. It opened into a large room that was your standard indoor shooting range.

"Welcome to my therapy, Zev."
