Mouse
Almost as soon as I unlock my apartment, Jay smashes his lips on mine. We end up in bed a few hours later with nothing but the sheets covering us. I press a kiss to Jay's forehead as he wakes up, he lets out a cute little whine before waking up completely.
"Hey, we still gotta go in and do paperwork, remember." I tell Jay
"I know, but I really don't want to." Jay replies
"I know baby, but we have to." I say gently
"Fine." Jay pouts
He rolls over and lands on his self claimed side of the bed. I push myself out of bed to get us clothes. We get dressed and make our way to the district.

I hate to do this, I really, really do. This case is gonna put Jay in danger again. I just told my team minus Mouse and Jay about the new case, and no one's particularly excited about it. Mouse and Jay walk in holding hands, I smile at the sight.
"Mouse, Jay, my office now." I say as gently as possible
They look at each other, but nonetheless go to my office.
"We caught a case, it's at a gay strip club," I say
That's when Mouse sits down and Jay sits on his lap.
"Jay, we need to put you under cover." I tell the pair
"I-I c-ca-can't do it s-sarge." Jay replies shaking
"We'll have eyes on you the whole time, nothing's gonna happen, and if something does happen, you gotta whole team including myself to protect you and keep you safe." I explain
The boyfriends look at each other and share a kiss before Jay says anything else.
"Okay." Jay replies quietly
