Abby's POV:

"What the hell? Who is it?" I whispered, following Spencer to the door.

"It's Coryne." he whispered back, looking through the peep hole.

"Well, what do we do?" I began to panic.

"Do we continue the game or stop it here?" I could tell Spencer was freaking out too.

"Here, I'll go into the bathroom. Don't do anything stupid." I gave Spencer a kiss before grabbing my phone and locking myself in the bathroom.

Spencer's POV:

"Hey, what's up?" I opened the door, leaning against the door frame.

"I just can't sleep. My mind won't calm down." Coryne explained.

"Want to come in?" I asked, keeping this game going.

"Sure." She walked into the room as I opened the door farther. After she walked in, I followed her as she sat down on the bed.

"So what's wrong?" I sat down next to her on the bed, crossing my legs.

"My mind can't stop thinking about the case and well, tonight." Coryne admitted.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked, hoping she wouldn't want to.

"I guess." she looked up, her red eyes meeting mine.

"Okay start when you're ready."

" Well, I had a lot of fun tonight. You're always a good time to be around." she smiled, reaching to hold my hand. It took everything in me not to yank my hand away from her grip, I felt so uncomfortable.

"Yeah, I had a lot of fun too." I tried so hard not to laugh at the fact I was so blatantly lying.

All of a sudden, we just went quiet. Coryne looked into my eyes, pulling herself on top of me as she went in for a kiss. I panicked and had no clue what to do. Luckily, in that moment, Abby walked out of the bathroom, playing along.

"Hey babe, where's the-" Abby looked up from the ground. "What the hell?"

"Woah Spencer, you said you didn't have a girlfriend." Coryne rolled off my lap and on to the bed.

"Yeah he doesn't have a girlfriend, he has a wife." Abby held up her hand before flipping Coryne off.

"Did you really think there was something between us?" I looked down at Coryne.

"Or did you forget that you made both of our lives a living hell senior year." Abby placed her hands on her hips, tilting her head.

"Wait, you're Abigail Tag, as in the one in my class?" Coryne stared at her in disbelief.

"Yeah. And he's Spencer Reid, the one who was twelve senior year. The one that you tried to kiss, even though you thought he was so ugly. Look at him now." Abby glanced up at me. "I think he's pretty hot now, even though he always was."

"It's the thinking you could hook up with my husband for me." Abby snapped.

"And it's the horrible profiling skills for me." I echoed. Coryne immediately walked out of the room.

"We got her so good!" Abby and I high fived each other.

"Up." Abby demanded, holding her hands in the air. I picked her up from the ground, spinning her around in circles.

"So about the whole wife thing, when are we going to get married?" I asked.

"It's up to you, I mean I have no clue when or where to do it." Abby tucked her head in the crook of my neck.
