Odette told her boys to get some sleep, after all soon the sun would be rising. Spencer had walked back to the edge of Hope's bed and slept on top of the comforter while Matthew decided to find comfort on one of the chairs in Hopes room. Knowing that her kids were all safe and sleeping Odette goes in search of Klaus.

Odette had two problems in her life, one of them is talking to Klaus so they can figure out how they are going to be living together now that they don't need to be miles apart. The other problem was visiting Hayley's grave and officially saying goodbye. Facing Klaus was easier than saying goodbye to Hayley, so it's how she found herself outside of a living room door on the second floor.

Klaus' back was turned to Odette, but she could see that he was reading something and as to not disturb him she knocks on the door panel. Klaus quickly cleans the bottom of his eyes before turning around to see Odette standing before him, "Is this a bad time?"

"No" Klaus replies making Odette walk towards him and sit on the chair across from him "How are the kids?"

"They are all sleeping now. Hope was asleep when I walked in and so I let her sleep while I made sure the boys knew everything went well before letting them sleep. But well..." Odette trails off knowing she didn't walk into the room to talk about the kids "it's no secret that we need to talk"

"Where do you want to start?"

"Us I'd suppose?" Odette asks with a sigh leaning in and resting her elbows on her knees "Once we figure out us then we can figure out the kid's future. That includes securing Hope's future"

"How did you know I had your key?" Klaus asks first

"It was a gamble," Odette sighs honestly going off a hunch "the boys were most certainly involved in helping Hope and well Spencer is the known romantic, and Matthew well when it comes to love he can be convinced of almost anything. I knew it was around your neck because I wore the necklace you gave me, I haven't worn it in ages"

"Do you still love me?" Klaus asks trying to hide the fear for what Odette would respond

"Yes," Odette states without hesitation "A part of me always will."

"Are you still in love with me?" Klaus asks knowing that's what mattered if there was going to be a 'them'

"Are you?" Odette asks not wanting to answer the question if she didn't have to be vulnerable

"Yes" Klaus honestly replies taking Odette's breath away

"If we try again there won't be another time. We can't keep stringing on the kid's hope that we'd be one happy family one day meaning we'd be doing this for us. You can't go running into danger without talking to me about it especially now with the Hollow back in Hope"

"Does this mean you're still in love with me?"

Odette rolls her eyes, knowing that he was the one this time to share their feelings first, and to think back to the first time she told him she loved him she repeats his action. Odette stands up from her seat, walks over to where Klaus was sitting, and kneels down to be face to face with him. Odette raises her hand to caress his face with a smile, "Klaus, I am still in love with you"

After agreeing to play things by ear when it came to the kids, the two parents decided to reconnect.

Hope was the first one to wake up, ultimately that woke Spencer up when she pulled on her bed cover. At the sound of Spencer's body thud on the carpet woke Matthew up which made him lose any comfort he found in the chair. All three siblings were unhappy for being awake and not feeling the need to get up, meaning it was time to get up and eat breakfast.
