Chapter 11~~ Dreams? They're Real Now (Leaf)

Leaf was in his cage again. except for this time, he was moving. He was Dangling from Icicle's Claws. "Where are we going?" he asked, hoping Desert Moon was nearby.

"Grrrowl. GRrrrrRow, Grrhiiissssssssssssss... GRO! gro. graa hisss grrr."

Be quiet, and PLEASE don't Embarrass me in front of Moon-- not that I would care if she hated me, of course! I just love... NO! no. Get that thought out of your Frozen Head!

Icicle glanced around nervously as if trying to see if anyone had heard that. no one had, except for Leaf, who didn't understand a WORD.

When they had arrived at their destination, which was, apparently, a library. But in the center of the library, there was an ice wing, and off to the side there was Night and the rainforest dragon. The Rainforest dragon was reading slowly, and Night was correcting some growls for her.

Icicle marched over to them and set Leaf down, heavily.

the dragons exchanged some growls, then to his surprise, Night Put a talon through the bars of the Leafs cage. Leaf looked at her cautiously but then realized that her expression was one of curiosity, and kindness, not of... hunger.

Some instinct in his mind told him to reach out and touch the talon. A wired instinct, but, hey was safe in the cave at least, right?

so he touched Night talon. suddenly her face turned to an expression of understanding... not curiosity. this dragon just got a whole lot weirder. he thought to himself

Icicle and sky were walking through the hallways of JMA. Icicle seemed bored, like, REALLY bored, so Leaf in some way from his twisted mind decided to cheer him up, by allowing him to meet a fossilized NightWing

He tried to do this by pointing which way to turn, Yelling so Icicle would notice. eventually, Icicles grumbles turned into words.

"PERFECT! DON'T MOVE, ICICLE!"

Icicle jumped up.

"AAG!" YOU CAN TALK!"

"Nope, YOU can talk. it's just animus magic. NOW, Icicle-"

"PLEASE DOn't Call me that, its so wired."

"Igloo-Face, then?"

Igloo-Face muttered something about "worse than Quibli" then glared back at Leaf

Leaf suddenly realized that making a majestic mythical creature 20 times his size and who can breathe death ice was not the best idea.

"SORRY! Sorry. NOT Igloo-Face. BUT! we have to get to the subject. "You took me from my home. You scared the moons out of my friend and sister- if anything can scare her. You kidnapped me, and now I don't have a home. please give me back."

The dragon thought on that for a second. "nice speech, but no. sorry. you want me to turn you over to the wild, where literally anyone could eat you, and you can TALK so I don't want you to die. and scavengers are endangered right now, AND on top of all that you're the only reason, the only reason I'm even at this school. sorry."

LEaf groaned "listen, how would you feel if--"

Winter interrupted him, but with growls and snarls. probably telling him he stopped understanding him.

Leaf's shoulder slumped. "dangit," he muttered under his breath.
