My eyes glimmered to look at the disgustingly horrific scar i painted on his neck, even the hologram showed it clearly. His tone indicates that he was worried sick. "Where are you baby girl? I'm so worried" i bit my lower lip "Erron, i'm safe. Don't worry. I'm in Earthrealm. Learning about this power. For the time being i need to stay away from you" i said.
I saw the scar on his neck. He frowned his eyebrows, "(Y/N), i'm fine--" i cut him off with "No Erron. I need to detain myself. You need to understand dammit! It's for your own good...now goodbye." "Sweetheart wait-" his words got cut when i deactivated my communicator.
I put it aside. Sighed looking upwards when a sudden droplets fell towards my hair. The sky started to produce rain. I crossed my both arms, bent my head down looking towards the soil underneath. I felt a void being spread on my chest. Empty. Inside only lies guilt.
"I'm sorry to overheard" Raiden said from behind me, i chuckled and spun around "Don't worry. Just an old, comrade" i paused. The rain started to soak my clothing. Although seemed to me Raiden got his under cover. Literally.
"I sense that he has more value to you than just, a comrade"
I placed a hand on my lower arm, has my eyes looking on the wet ground. "You could say that" i said. He placed a hand on my shoulder, i looked up to see him looking down at me. Eyes mesmerizing as always.
"Let us go inside, you might be immortal now but us gods could feel discomfort also" he said, i nodded as i walk beside him towards the temple. I exclaimed "I'm not suited to be immortal, neither to be called a god. The path lies before me--"
"Your path is for you to choose" Raiden cut me, when we arrived inside i spun my head to him. "It's good talk" i smiled. He nodded then we exchange a glance before separated into our own ways.

I untangled the tie knotted on my bathrobe and slipped off, i entered the tub which was filled with warm relaxing water. I put my back to lay. Feeling the warmth of the bath.
I looked up to the ceiling and beginning to wonder, imagining what my mother's appearances and characteristics. I have my hair and charm from my father. But what other things i could possibly have from my mother?
All i know is when i exchange eye contact, i wanted to yell in front of her to why she has abandoned me along with my father. He once told me she loved him so much she would die for him.
That's fucking nonsense.
If that's the true, why leave him along with me as her daughter. I even risked myself going to another realm to find her.
I just wanted to us being a normal happy family. Too bad not only stories doesn't always ends with a happy ending, is that also life's path are unpredictable. Considered the problems which has appeared before me.
From the gazing off from my thoughts, suddenly a flash of image stroke through my head. The vision. It caused me a migraine on my head, i placed a hand on my head. Grunted in pain. "Ugh, who are you..." i murmured.
I was confused with the figure showing on my visions. I've never seen her in my entire life. Isn't it weird to have a dream about someone that your eyes never land upon on?
Then a slight of idea appeared in my mind. I straighten my back and put a hand on my chin, i hummed.

The sun was warm, soothing my skin with its light. The perfect morning to meditate. I focused my mind on my power, has the aura surrounding me while monks around me landed their eyes.
I then stopped. Landed on my foot and stopped my aura from merging from me. I then decided to train with having no eyes opened.
I inhaled a deep breath and closed my visions, i put up my stance and began moving my fist and kicks. Without moving my spot, i punched the air in front of me. Moving my arm on attack and lowered my feet to kick further upwards.
On reflex on my hearing, i summoned my dagger and pointed out towards the source. I opened my eyes to see Fujin having his both hands gestured surrender. "I yield" he smiled. I was a little surprised, i payed my respect and said "I didn't know you were there, Lord Fujin."
"Don't worry, clearly i was the one who interrupted" he bowed back. I raised my head back up and smiled, "Good morning."
"Good morning (Y/N), you're up early" he said, i chuckled and replied "I'm an early bird." He smiled and a sudden of action made me raised a brow. He summoned his weapon. A sword inside its container.
"How about a little weapon exercise?" he slid open his sword, i placed a low stance and lifted a brow. Thinking it wouldn't be wise to fight a blade using only a dagger. So i put off my dagger and summoned my scythe on my very grasp. "Challenge accepted" i grinned.
We clashed our weapon into each other's, the sound of steel slashing filled the garden's atmosphere. Some of the monks paid attention. But when i glanced at them they looked away. Strange.
Because of that 1 second eyes glancing, Fujin managed to break my defense. I stepped back and catch my breath, "The wind is under your control, but is it obedient?" i smirked. He raised a brow and spun his sword on is held, "You have no idea" the wind suddenly stroke my hair.
I grinned continued to attack him.
We continued until the moment of victorious was in my hands when he has his throat under my sharp scythe's blade. I put away my scythe and offered a hand to him, he got up with the help of my cold hand.
"Never have i been so impressed by a beautiful and strong woman" he said. I slightly blushed when the second i looked away, "You're just being nice". He chuckled when he noticed my shyness. I quickly diverted the topic which i had in mind from last night.
"Fujin, can you tell me about the Netherrealm?" i asked. He was stunned with my question, he paused himself before i asked "Fujin?"
He looked back to me after seconds passed just looking straight into my eyes, "The Netherrealm. Where evil lies along with the poor souls within. Also known as the Underworld" we both walked to the small staircase near the temple and sit there.
"Why the sudden curiosity?" he asked.
"I just, maybe wanted to go there? I went to Outworld to search for my mother, but failed. Maybe she's in the Netherrealm?"
"That may be possible, but i doubt it"
"Why?"
"Shinnok being there? I believe. But your mother's presence there? Not quite the plot twist is it?" i looked away from him, nodding. But curiosity still fulfilled me. I turned to him and asked, "How do you travel there?"
"A portal, magic, you name it"
I jumped and turned to him, "Teach me!" i exclaimed. If i had a dog's tail i guaranteed it would wiggle the moment i said it. He chuckled but suddenly stopped when his pupils turned to another direction. "You're not ready" a voice said.
I spun my body around, there stood Raiden with both arms crossed. "Brother–" Fujin stood up, tried to reason. But quickly got cut off "There is no reason for you to travel to the Netherrealm. Even with such reason. It is too dangerous"
I was about to open my mouth but Raiden raised his hand, i closed it quickly. I bent my head down, "In time, you will learn" he continued.
I bowed down, putting both hands clenched to one another. "I understand.." my tone was low, they probably guessed that i was disappointed by Raiden's answer.
A hand was placed on my head, he ruffled my hair softly. "Even though, your skill and knowledge proved to be quite ravishing. Still, perfection takes time" he stated. I looked up to lock my eyes to his, i nodded slowly.
To be continued
