My many attempts at calling Erron was for naught. After the encounter we had weeks ago, his conclusion may be clouded with his own judgement. But, the blame is for me to endure. I bit my lower lip, walking back and forth inside my room. My magic was not reaching him whatsoever.

The grip on my communicator tightened, as my eyes was still admiring the magic merges from my fingers. I sighed in defeat, squeezed the bridge of my nose with my thumb and finger. I put it aside and make my way out of the room.

Stepping my feet on the grassy ground, i soothed my finger on the edge of the fountain. Feeling the rough structure of its build. I caressed my hair back as i look at my reflection, guilt was an obvious view glimmered from my eyes. The wind stroke the very scent coming from beneath, carrying the light attracting smell of the flowers around.

Suddenly, an idea came to mind. I paused my very figure, wondering through my thoughts. I compiled all the magic that resides within me, and coiled them through my hands. My eyes shifted in the process, intensified its glow. The water inside the fountain shook, making a wave of droplets from the very center.

The reflection started to form a different palette of color. Swaying its motion slowly. The shape of my figure on it swirled into a familiar man, viewing from a perspective beneath his feet. I bit my lower lip, gradually filling up my courage to call his name.

"Erron."

The man bent his head down, flinched at the spot as he leaned down. "(Y/N)?" the rusty voice was heard from behind his mask, echoed through the fountain's structure. He crouched down. I forced my self to smile, "Yes, it's me."

"What do you want?" his tempo was deep, the gaze on his eyes seemed hostile. I frowned as my pupils soften, "I...i wanted to check up on you..."

"There's no need for that, (Y/N)."

"Erron, i'm sorry. Truly, i am. I didn't-- I honestly didn't know what was going to happen back then... I--"

"(Y/N)."

My eyes reverted back to his waving figure resides within the water, paused my very sentence.

"We both know well this ain't working admirably."

I stood silent.

"Seemed genuine at the start, but steppin further just makin this worse."

Tears started to run down my cheeks, dripping down towards the water under. Swaying Erron's picture at its silhouette. Erron opened his mask, twitched his lips to a warm smile.

"Don't cry, baby girl. This doesn't mean that i don't love my cowgirl."

I swept the tears with a chuckle, "I..I understand, Erron. But, no negative vibes?"

"Hell no."

I wrinkled a smile, reached for the necklace lies underneath my clothes. I tightened my grip on the accessory.

"I love you, Erron. Don't ever forget that."

"I love you more, (Y/N). I won't forget that."

The last words closed up our conversation, followed by the fading picture of Erron on the water. Putting off my magic which merges the water. I bent my body forward, with both hands supporting it. I felt as if both burden and relieve came to my doorstep as a heavy sigh was released from my mouth.

I slipped the pendant of my necklace back to its original place, lying beneath under the cover of my clothes. The wind stroke my figure, carrying the breezing temperature. Following the recent mood it held on. Anxiety made me rub my lower arm, staring blankly at my own reflection.
