As Cinder began laying out the ground work for her grand plan, so did Darth Jadus. Away from prying eyes, Darth Jadus mediated in inside an abandoned warehouse in Vale. As he meditated, Team SHDW entered the warehouse and bowed before the Sith Lord.

Darth Jadus: Have you completed the tasks I have instructed?

Mordred: Yes, Lord Jadus.

Mordred then hands Darth Jadus the flash drive containing the data from the CCT console. Darth Jadus then turned to his acolytes.

Darth Jadus: You have done well, acolytes. It seems my faith in you was well placed.

Mordred: It was all too easy, Lord Jadus. They didn't suspect a thing.

Darth Jadus: Contact my underlings. I wish to speak with them.

Without hesitation, the Hands of Jadus contacted Jadus's underlings. Moments later, the holoprojections of two men appeared before the Sith Lord. Once was a man with a white and dark blue suit. The other was elderly man with a robotic left eye wearing a light jacket.

Darth Jadus: Jacques Schnee. Doctor Merlot.

Jacques(Holoprojection): Why have you contacted me? If someone spots me speaking with you...

Darth Jadus: That is of no concern to me. I wish to know the status of the Dust shipment that was promised.

Jacques(Holoprojection): You must be patient, Lord Jadus. You forget that I'm running one of the largest corporations in Remnant. As such, I cannot simply give away Dust shipments without causing suspicion...

Suddenly, the holoprojection of Jacques struggled to breath as Darth Jadus used the Force to strangle him.

Darth Jadus: Do not forget who it was that helped destroy your rivals that sought to buy out your company. If it were not for me, your company would've been laid to waste by opportunistic rivals and your family fortune would be no more.

Jacques(Holoprojection): P...please...

Darth Jadus then released his stranglehold on Jacques. As Jacques took a moment to catch his breath, the Sith Lord spoke.

Darth Jadus: I have more use for you, Schnee. You will deliver the Dust shipment as promised. Failure will not be forgiven. Am I understood?

Jacques(Holoprojection): As you wish, Lord Jadus.

With that, the holoprojection of Jacques Schnee vanished. He then turned his attention to Dr. Merlot.

Darth Jadus: What is the status of your experiments, Dr. Merlot?

Merlot(Holoprojection): Admittedly, Mountain Glenn is a bit of a sore spot for me. Decades of hard work, countless research projects, not to mention all of the specimen I'd collected over the years - all lost without a trace. Luckily I was able to recover some of the more important notes. Rest assured, the modified Grimm will be of your liking, Lord Jadus.

Darth Jadus: Do what you must, Dr. Merlot. I will have my agents deliver the test specimens you desire. All that I ask is that my donations produce something worthy of my time.

Merlot(Holoprojection): Your generosity will be greatly rewarded, Lord Jadus.

With that, the holoprojection of Merlot vanished. Hours later in the dead of night, Darth Jadus took Team SHDW to the outskirts of Vale.

Mordred: Why are we here, Lord Jadus?

Darth Jadus: Because there is more to this world than you know. I have read up on the fairy tales that make up your world. But behind these stories lies a hidden truth.

Soon enough, Darth Jadus led Team SHDW to the site of an ancient temple. It's architecture bore resemblance to some of Remnant's most famous ancient cities. Once they entered the temple, they saw murals of the Gods of Light and Darkness.

Darth Jadus: This world was isolated from the Galaxy. Yet despite it's isolation, it is clear that the Force runs strong within the veins of this world. Whether you know it or not, Remnant holds many secrets that even the wisest of your world do not know.

Mordred and the rest of Team SHDW were in shock. For all their lives, they had heard stories of the various fairy tales of Remnant.

Darth Jadus: The Force is a mystery unto which lower creatures can never hope to understand.

Darth Jadus then leads Team SHDW into the innermost sanctum to the temple. There, they found a mural showing the Gods of Light Darkness standing below a pantheon of three Gods that were not known to anyone in Remnant. Standing above the God of Light was a pale skinned woman with long teal hair and green eyes with an owl by her side. Standing above the God of Darkness was a white skinned bald man with red markings on his head and red eyes with a gargoyle by his side. Standing above them all was a wizened and ancient looking man with long flowing beard and smooth, gray skin. Team SHDW were speechless.

Darth Jadus: In the beginning, the Father of Balance ruled this world with the Daughter of Light and the Son of Darkness. Together, a whole world was born. But one day, they vanished, leaving lesser Gods in their wake. Why they left, no one knows. But perhaps something far more powerful lurks beneath the beating heart of this world.

As Darth Jadus informed them of the true nature of Remnant's existence, it was made apparent that in the beginning, Remnant was ruled by a separate pantheon of Gods that vanished. Despite this revelation, Darth Jadus and Team SHDW would continue playing the Sith Lord's game of shadows on Remnant. With allies from every corner of influence, Darth Jadus slowly began to rebuild his Terror Network. But the time to unleash it on Remnant was not now.
