"Took you guys long enough," Sabrina said, waiting at the carnival entrance with the apple stick in her mouth. "Sorry sis, kinda forgot about yah," he said. "Well let's get going, I'm exhausted," she said as she started walking away. Me and Tom didn't say anything but just followed her. "So, and I don't want this to come out wrong, but why do we have to walk home with her?" I asked Tom. He laughed a little. "She's kind of paranoid at night so just having someone with her calms her down," he responded. "But she's so far ahead of us anyways," I complained. "You got a point, but she would be pretty pissed if we left her," Tom said sadly. We walked for about five more minutes until Sabrina stopped in front of an apartment. "This is me," She said smiling. "Alright, good to know that you got home safe," I said. "Alright see you two later," she waved as she opened the door. I let out a sigh. "What's wrong babe? Talk to me," Tom said kneeling down. "It's just, I really liked tonight, and I hate that it has to end," I said. He laughed when I said that. "Babe, we live together, it's not like this is our first date, we can stay out as long as you want to," Tom said smiling. "Really?" I asked excitedly. "Of course," Tom said, grabbing hold of my arm. "Now let's go back to that ocean, this time, no Sabrina, no Mika, just you and me," Tom said squeezing my hand. "I'd like that," I said, feeling my tail wag.
