The Day At The Carnival

"We were walking home from the carnival, it was a really fun time but I never thought that it would be the last day that I would see him. We were almost home when someone pulled a gun behind him and shot him point blank in the head. Then the attacker took my dad's katana and started to run away but before he could, I ran after him and tackled him on the ground. He tried to crawl away but I pounded my fists into his head just over and over until he stopped moving. Then I picked up my dad's katana and left,'' I said, trying to hold back the tears. "That night babe, I was actually going to kill myself," I said looking at Tom. "I was going to get drunk off my ass and throw myself off the roof because I had no one else to live for. My dads gone, mom died when she gave birth to me, i have no close friends other than Mika but she can barely take care of herself, i don't have any aunts or uncles i can live with either. But... when you walked up to me, I thought that I could have someone to live for, and my assumption was right," I said, feeling the tears crawl down my face. "When I say I love you... I mean it. "I am," he said looking at me with tear stained eyes. "I never knew you felt that way about me," he said. I nodded. "It's all true," I said smiling. "Thank you, and don't worry, I won't stop loving you either," Tom said, kissing me. When we detached I smiled. I let out a sigh of relief. "Feelin better?" Tom asked. "Much," I said smiling, feeling my tail wag. "You two are so cute," Sabrina said laughing. Me and Tom both jumped, forgetting that she was here. "I forgot you were here sis," Tom said laughing. "Yah not the first time," she said rolling her eyes. Me and Tom both laughed.
