"Alright we're here!" Mika said, jumping out of the still moving vehicle. "Holy shit," Tom said surprised. "She must really want that good drink," he said laughing. "She sure does," I said, joining his laughter. Tom got the truck parked and we chased after Mika. "You don't want your sword babe?" Tom asked concerned. "I could get it for you if you want me too," he said. "No, it's alright," I assured him. He raised an eyebrow. "You sure?" he asked. "I am," I said. "I feel safe when I'm with you anyways, I think I'll be alright for one night, I also don't want to lose it," I said. "True," Tom said nodding. Tom took hold of my hand as we walked up a couple flights of stairs. After Tom caught his breath, I opened a door that led down a long hallway, holding the door open for Tom to come through. As we walked down the hallway I heard the music getting louder and louder. I got to the final door and opened it to reveal a whole crowd of people just dancing and having fun. "Wow..." I said in shock. "Wanna go somewhere else?" Tom asked me seeing that I was uncomfortable. I nodded. He took my hand and led me out of the doorway. "That was a-lot more people than I was expecting there to be," I said, still in shock. "Hey, it's alright, we don't have to go if you don't wanna, there's a-lot of open rooms in the house we can just chill in, you wanna do that?" Tom asked me. I nodded again. He led me into a nearby room and closed the door behind him. "This better?" He asked. I just nodded again. "Alright babe, come here," He said, pulling me toward him. I wrapped my arms around him as he did the same to me. "It's okay... it's okay..." He said over and over as we swayed me back and forth. After a couple minutes I started to calm down and let out a sigh of relief. "There yah go, just breathe babe, it's alright," he said, kissing the top of my head. I just held onto him tighter. "You wanna lay down?" He asked. I nodded again still not finding the courage to speak. "Alright," he said. He picked me up and gently placed me on the bed and then laid down next to me. He rolled me over so that my back was facing him and pulled me close to him. He hummed a familiar melody as he wrapped his arms around my chest. "You're okay," he said again. I heard the door open and it was Mika. "There you are!" She said excitedly. "I've been looking all around for-" she started to say. I felt Tom shift and she became quiet. I saw her nod and leave the room closing the door quietly behind her. "Your okay babe, just breathe," he said again. I nodded. "Thank... you..." I managed to say before falling asleep in his arms.
