"Come on, Dad", Carl begged, ushering him towards the screams.

Rick hesitated before running, and everyone else followed.

Theo rolled her eyes, following after him.

They ran for a few minutes before being met with a man stranded on a rock, surrounded by five walkers.

"Fass", Theo called out to Saint as he took out a walker, helping Daryl shoot the first with his crossbow.

Theo ran at the walker, swinging her bat and crushing a walker's head between the rock and her bat. Rick, Daryl, Michonne and Carol take one out with their knives.

"You can come down," Rick instructed the man on the rock, who looked like he had just seen a walker for the first time.

Once he was off the rock, the group noticed he was wearing a priest's outfit

"You're shitting me right?" Theo whispered to Daryl. She petted Saint while doing so.

"Thank you," he said. "I am Gabriel," he introduced himself, but no one said anything.

"First time?" Theo spoke, catching the man's attention.

"No, just, I am very afraid," Gabriel explained, calmly looking around the group. Theo hated his voice already.

"You have any weapons on you?" Rick asked, looking at Daryl to go and pat him down.

"Does it look as though I would carry any weapons?" Gabriel asked, confused and completely serious.

"I don't care what it looks like; turn around," Rick instructed, and Daryl stepped forward to pat him down.

"You got a camp?" Rick questioned as he looked around momentarily, ensuring no one else was around.

"No, I have a church," Gabriel informed, with a slight smile.

Theo looked over to Merle who stood close by Debbie, knowing that she needed to talk to Debbie about what happened.

"How many walkers have you killed?" Rick began, asking three fundamental questions that the group took very seriously.

"None, actually", He admitted with a sigh.

"How many people have you killed?" Rick continued, crossing his arms.

"None...none at all" He seemed surprised at that question.

"Why?" Rick finished, and the entire group was now entirely focused on him.

"I've never wanted to," Gabriel explained, looking at everyone.

"How the hell are ya even alive?" Merle asked looking the man up and down.

"I'd like to think God is watching over me" He replied making most of the group roll their eyes.

"Take us to your church," Rick asked nicely, demanded.

"Stay close," Daryl told Theo as Gabriel began to lead the group to his church.

Theo nodded, staying close behind Daryl, her bat tightly in her hand.

The short walk between the group and the father was awkward; he tried to joke, but it wasn't anything the group found funny.

When they reached the church, I was white and still in good condition, all things considered.

"Give me your squirrels", Theo laughed as Daryl passed them over; Rick and some others went inside first, ensuring the place was safe.

"You've been alone all this time?" Theo asked Gabriel, confused about how he had survived this entire time without killing anything.

"Yes, pretty much." He nodded, looking down at the dog
