Getting out the washroom, Jiaqi tried her very best not to bump into someone, especially one of those huge guys. But of course she failed terribly. A few steps down the path and she had already done exactly that. Fortunately, it was a girl who was slightly shorter than her, making Jiaqi mutter a prayer of thanks.

"I'm really sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you." The redheaded smiled apologetically with Jiaqi simply nodding her head in response.

She was about to walk away when she felt a grip around her wrist, "Sorry to bother you but before you go, have you seen a girl with long ash brown hair and wearing an off shoulder outfit?" The redheaded stared right into her eyes, patiently waiting for her response.

Immediately knowing that it was that weird stranger who had kissed her forehead just now, Jiaqi nodded her head again and spoke up, "Yes. She was in the toilet and had just left." As she glanced at the redheaded, Jiaqi realised that she too had really distinctive and stunning features. That instantly made her wonder. Why do I keep running into beautiful girls today?

"Thank you! Hope to see you around sometime." Flashing a bright smile, the redheaded then disappeared into the crowd within a few seconds. Sorry but you'll never see me here again pretty lady, she thought. Heaving a sigh of relief as she had found a drunk Daimeng and Sunrui by the bar dissing each other, Jiaqi tried helping the two up into her car.

Just like that, the night went by and morning arrived. Jiaqi had decided to leave her dorm for school after finishing making hang over soup for her two friends. She knew for a fact that it was a wrong idea going to a club on a Wednesday night as they would definitely be late to classes.

A few days had passed and in just a blink of an eye, Monday had arrived, which meant a new week and a new day in school.

Quietly seated at the back seat of her class, Jiaqi plugged in her ear buds and listened to the soft and melodious playing of the violin before gazing out the windows. With a pencil in her hands, Jiaqi then started sketching the scenery of the school's garden--a miniature glistening waterfall, koi fishes, pastel flowers, cute butterflies, a bridge and fruit trees.

In the corner of her eyes, she took notice of a redheaded seated under the apple tree reading a book. Somehow that shade of red seemed awfully familiar however Jiaqi just ignored it and decided to draw the silhouette of the girl along with the scenery.

Suddenly, the noisy classroom became louder became silent. Thinking the teacher came early today, Jiaqi decided to ignore it and continue sketching, at least she could listen to her music in peace. Moment passed quickly before she felt someone's presence behind her. Not wanting the person to peek at her sketches, Jiaqi hurriedly closed her book and pretended she couldn't notice the person. She didn't want to start a conversation by asking the person to go away.

However, the person gently removed her earbuds and placed them on her desk before moving in front of her.

"Luck was on my side after all."

Right in front if her was a girl with ash brown hair standing there with a bright grin. Jiaqi's brows furrowed in confusion. Though she did seem familiar, she just couldn't pin point who she was until she considered her words again.

She was the girl from the club. In a flash, her memories from last week came rushing back. However as she was so silent, Yuyan thought she had completely forgotten her and stated, "I believe we'll meet again if luck is on my side...Do you still remember that?"

Jiaqi narrowed her eyes before trying to form a sentence in her head. She didn't know exactly what to say. Fidgeting nervously, the short haired girl finally replied, "You don't have to remind me. You're that shameless girl back from the club."

Teasingly leaning in while towering over the girl, Yuyan smirked as she lightly grasped a strand of her coal black hair, obviously flirting with the latter, "Shameless? How so?" Jiaqi froze in her seat as she stared right into Yuyan's mesmerising luminous eyes, getting lost in them.

As the silence between them dragged on with the two just staring at each other, the entire class was already gossiping around. She had many questions for Yuyan but she just couldn't open her mouth. Awkwardly breaking eye contact, Jiaqi glanced down at her desk and cleared her throat, "Please maintain a distance from me. I'm not a fan of human interaction of any kind."

Raising a brow, Yuyan's smirk only got wider as her sultry voice rang in her ears, "You haven't answered my question, princess." Jiaqi clenched her jaw as she leaned back into her seat, not wanting to be that close to Yuyan with her mind occupied with the word 'princess'.

Biting her cheeks, Jiaqi then decided to reply her, "Shameless because you kissed me on the forehead without consent and you came way too close for my liking. Next time do not ever pull a move like that or even talk to me."

Expecting Yuyan to finally leave her alone, it only made her hope dissipate when the latter's smirk never left her face, "And what makes you think I'll leave you alone? You can continue wishing but it'll never happen."
