The new student joins hogwarts in the 3rd year. She is the same age as Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco. But for some reason, Draco has a special liking to her.

"They are what?" You exclaimed as Hagrid sighed. You, Harry, Ron, and Hermione couldn't believe Hagrid's words. "They are sentencing Buckbeak for injuring Draco Malfoy. They will kill him." He explained again.
"Poor thing. The hippogriff did nothing wrong. Draco is such a cockroach!" You exclaimed, crossing your arms over your chest. Ron sighed, leaning back in his chair with a sad look. "Man, I was starting to like the creature." He whined.
"Guys, we can't just let them kill Buckbeak. There has to be something we can do." Hermione said. The three of you jumped when a tiny rock came flying in through the window and breaking the stone jar, full of something, that was on the table.
You glanced out of the window to see Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, and Lucius Malfoy heading towards Hagrid's hut. "Guys! It's them! We have to go!" You whisper-yelled. Harry nodded his head quickly, heading to the back door as Hagrid helped you.
"There is nothing we can do, kids. Go back to the castle." Hagrid whispered before closing the door, leaving you there. You waited for the teachers to head inside the hut before quietly running back up the path towards Hogwarts.
The four of you stopped at the top of the hill, watching as the teachers headed outside to where Buckbeak was tied. "Oh, no..." Hermione whispered. She fiddled with her sweater's sleeves, the 4 of you glancing towards a man with a big ax heading towards the animal.
"Oh, god. I can't watch this." Hermione whimpered, hiding her face in Ron's neck. You caressed her back, glancing at Harry who was angrily staring towards the man and Lucius. "It will be alright." You whispered, giving his hand a small squeeze.
You flinched and closed your eyes when the man lowered the ax, the last thing heard being Buckbeak's small squeal. "No..." Hermione sobbed as you did the same, opening your eyes to see Hagrid covering the Hippogriff's body with a large blanket.
Hagrid sniffled and looked up towards the 4 of you, smiling sadly before heading into his hut. Harry held your hand tightly, turning around and beginning to walk together. "That Malfoy, little cockroach," Hermione said, pulling away from Ron and wiping her tears away.
She began speed walking towards the castle, the 3 of you following after you. You went inside and exited through a bridge that led towards the area where the forbidden forest was, Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle standing behind a big rock and watching the show with binoculars.
After hearing steps behind them, they turned around, Draco chuckling softly. "Hello. Enjoying the show?" He said, Hermione, pulling her wand out. "You greedy, filthy little cockroach!!" She screamed, pressing her wand against Draco's neck as he leaned back against the rock, whimpering in fear.
"Come on, Hermione. He is not worth it." Ron said, glaring at Draco. Hermione hesitated, slowly beginning to lower her wand. She sobbed, shaking her head before turning around and hugging Ron.
Draco grinned and let out a soft giggle before you headed in front of him and punched him. You rubbed your knuckles as he collapsed back against the rock and groaned. "That is for getting an innocent animal killed, you moron." You growled, watching him stumble to his feet and run away with his friends, glancing back at you in fear.
"That was good. He deserved that." Harry said, making you smile. "I know." You replied.

As you headed back towards the Gryffindor dorms, you saw a big commotion that was formed in front of the door. The Fat Lady's painting was sliced as if a werewolf had sliced it. You and Harry shared a glanced, looking back at the painting as Dumbledore made his way up the stairs and pushed past the students. "Where is she?" He asked, moving to a painting close by to see her hiding there. "What happened?" Dumbledore asked, staring at the fat lady in worry.
"Headmaster, it's him. He is here." She said in fear, continuing to hide behind a tree that was in the painting. "Sirius Black has reached Hogwarts." You, Ron, Hemione, and Harry looked at each other. But you were most worried about Harry since Sirius was after him. "Alright, all students to their rooms. Now!" Dumbledore said. All the Gryffindors went into the dorm, "Now what?" You asked after you entered Ron and Harry's room.
"Harry, this man is after you," Hermione said, sitting down beside you on Ron's bed. Ron and Harry sat down on Harry's bed, staring at the ground while trying to think. "I don't know. I mean, we can try and lure him to me but I don't know what to do afterward." Harry said. "That is going to get you killed!" You exclaimed, shaking your head. "There has to be a way." You said.
