Age 9:

The sun shone bright through the curtains. A little girl fast asleep in her bed, arms holding a stuffed red bear. Stitches could be seen around the face, proof that this toy has seen better days. Her H/C hair covering her face, while her eyes begin to slowly open. She wakes up to her messy room. Toys scattered around the floor and and paint on her walls. She lets out a big yawn and stretches her arms and legs. She rubs her eyes while she makes her way off her bed. She heads out of her room and down the hall in her nightgown . She opens the door to the room at the end of the hall-

"Mommyyyyyy~" she whines. The room was dark so she carefully makes her way to the bed. She stumbles a bit to get there.
"Mommy, wake upppp, I'm hungryyyy~" the little girl states as she tugs on the blanket. A women can be seen slowly stirring in her sleep. Her eyes finally open as her blanket is pulled off of her. She sits up to turn on the lamp next to her on her nightstand.

"Oh Sweetie , sorry , Mommy's alarm didn't go off" the women says as she picks up her daughter up and onto her bed. A man next to her turns on his side to face his wife and daughter with a tired look on his face. He lets out a big yawn and places his hand on his daughters head and ruffles her already messy hair.

"You read my mind Kiddo, Daddy's hungry too" he says as he gets out of bed. He turns to look at his daughter with a smirk on his face.
"Whoever gets to the kitchen first gets to choose breakfast!" he says with a smile on his face while he runs to the door and out to the hall. The little girl's eyes widen as she hurriedly got off the bed as she zoomed out of the door.

" HEY, THAT'S NOT FAIR!" she yelled after her father. Her mother giggled as she made her way to the kitchen. She sees her husband with their daughter on his shoulders while dancing around the kitchen with wide smiles on their faces. Laughter filling the small apartment they lived in.

" Daddyyy you cheated" the little girl laughed as she held on to her father's hair.

" Me? Cheat? I have done no such thing" he stated with his hand on his chest dramatically.

This was Y/N Lynn's family. A mom and dad. She didn't have any siblings, and she was ok with that. She had never been more happy than she is now. She had her mother's eyes and nose. While she had her father's hair and smile. Her mother was a beautiful women with flowing dark purple hair. Her father had messy hair with striking clear blue eyes. Her mother worked as a part-time nurse since she didn't have a quirk. Her father was also quirkless, working as a police officer. Y/N always admired her parents for being able to save people. Even though they didn't have quirks, they were her heroes.

To say her parents were surprised to find that their daughter had a quirk was an understatement.

Flashback~ Age 4

They couldn't believe their eyes when they found their daughter sitting on their ceiling coloring while crayons floated around her in their living room. Her dad screamed with joy while her mother tried desperately to get her down safely.

"Kenji! Help me get her down! We can celebrate when shes on the floor!" her mother says panicked as she grabs a pillow in case she fell.
"Alright alright, I'll get her down, so don't worry," he starts as he stands on their coffee table to get their daughter off the ceiling "you'll get wrinkles on that pretty face of yours." he looked at his wife with a smirk while he cradled their daughter in his arms. This seemed to deactivate her quirk so all the crayons fell on his head.

"Ouch" he whined as he rubbed his head while getting of the table and to his wife.
When he looked at his wife, she looked back him. They both stared at each other with blank expressions on their face-
