The alarm blared in Mizuk's ear. She was bundled up in her blanket with her head under her pillow. She growled as she stuck her arm in the direction to her nightstand. She struggled to find her phone, after a few miss attempts she finally got her phone and turned off the alarm. She stayed in her position for a few more minutes, savoring the last moments of freedom. She let out a heavy sigh as she finally got out of bed. She dragged herself to the bathroom. She closed the door behind her as she stared at herself in the mirror.

"You got this Mizuki." she told herself.

She brushed her teeth and hair. She washed her face and put on some light makeup. She then left back to her room to change onto her new uniform. It was a black skirt with a white top, the normal look for students. She cringed at the sight as she tried fixing it in her mirror. No matter how much she tried, she looked the same. She groaned as she got started on her hair. She decided to do two small braids on each side that tied at the back. She brushed out her bangs and looked into the mirror, satisfied on her look. She put on her mid-thigh socks as she slipped on her shoes. She got her backpack from next to her bed. It was a bright red one with black stars on it. She got her phone and headed to Y/N's room. She opened the door to see Y/N curled up in her bed, she was hugging her pillow with her blanket half on her. Her mouth was slightly open with soft snores coming from her. Mizuki smiled as she took a picture with her phone and posted it on her Instagram. She let out a small laugh as she walked over to her. She knelt down in front of the women and poked her cheek. Y/N's face scrunched lightly at the contact. Mizuki poked her again, Y/N's eyes slowly opened as she looked at the teen in front of her. She sighed as she lazily put her hand on Mizuki's hair, careful not to mess it up.

"You ready for high school?" she mumbled out with her morning voice. Mizuki huffed out with a pout on her face as she crossed her arms.
"Why do I even have to go? You didn't go to school." Mizuki whined as she looked at Y/N, who looked back at her with a deadpan face.
"I mean if you wanna grow up to be a criminal like me then don't go."
Mizuki just frowned at her statement.
"You'll be fine. If anyone gives you trouble I'll kill them, so don't worry." Y/N assured her as she hugged her pillow and closed her eyes again. Mizuki giggled at her statement as she covered Y/N with her blanket. She then walked out of her room and out of the apartment. Satoshi would be walking her to school, since she's still technically a criminal. She sat nervously on a chair waiting for him. He finally walked out of his office and towards her.

"Ready?" he asked her with a smile as he held the door open for her. She nodded as she walked out. They both walked in silence, enjoying the scenery on their way to the school. As they got closer Satoshi noticed how nervous Mizuki got with each step she took.

"Once the first day is over it'll be easier." he told her as he glanced at her. She looked at him with a small smile as she played with her hair. She was still nervous, her heart was racing and her hands were sweaty. She kept walking but stopped when Satoshi had stayed behind. She looked back him buying a pack of strawberry pocky from a store. He then walked to her and gave her the pocky with a smile on his face.  She laughed as she took it from him.

"Thanks, Chief."

He nodded with his smile as they continued walking to the school. Satoshi was telling her how his high school days were, while she made jokes about how old he was. They both laughed as they got to the gate. Mizuki stared ahead with her brows knitted together. Satoshi patted her on her head with a reassuring grin. She smiled back as she finally walked in.

Y/N was still sleeping peacefully in her bed, her pillow close to her chest, but that didn't last for much longer. Her phone rang loudly on her nightstand, an irk mark appearing on her temple. She growled as she snatched her phone to see who was calling her so early on a Monday. She glared at the ID on her phone. She pressed the decline button as she flung her phone to the other side of the room, she hugged her pillow tightly and closed her eyes. A few silent minutes passed, Y/N softly snoring, until her door busted open. She sprang up right from her bed, grabbing the knife she kept under her pillow, only to see Hawks with a goofy grin on his face at her door. She glared at him while trowing the knife, which he swatted away with a feather as he walked into her room with bags in his hand.
