Like always, the sun shone through the windows as it lit up the room. Y/N still lay asleep on her back while Hawks had fallen asleep on top of her. His arms were wrapped around her waist as his head laid on her chest. He had told her this was the most comfortable position for his wings, which were spread out on the bed. Y/N had her hands in his hair as she had her head laid back. Y/N started to move in her sleep as she started to wake up. She had woken up Hawks as he yawned and stretched out his wings. He let out a groan as a few of his bones popped. Y/N slowly opened her eyes as she saw Hawks hovering over her. He had a goofy smile as he looked at her.

"How can you be so happy this early in the morning." she sighed as she turned on her side to go back to bed.
"Because I get to wake up to you." he told her as he moved so he could lay down on his side facing her. Her cheeks flared, but she kept her eyes closed. He laughed as he gave her kisses on her forehead and cheeks.
"Hawks." she whined out as she buried her face in her pillow.

"Keigo. You can call me Keigo."
She removed her face from the pillow to stare at him. She had totally forgotten that Hawks wasn't his real name.
"Keigo." she repeated, testing how his name sounds. He blushed as he heard her, the sound of his name sounded the best when coming off her lips.
"So what can I call you?" he asked as he snuggled close to her.
"Y/N?" she questioned as she gave him a confused look. He laughed as he sneaked his arm under her hoodie, slightly grazing over her scars.
"I could call you Y/N, but Baby Bird has a nice ring to it." he cooed at her as he kissed the edge of her mouth. Y/N was short circuiting, not used to this type of affection.
"That's stupid." she muttered as she looked away from him. He laughed as he gave her another kiss on her cheek, this time letting his lips linger.
"Whatever you say, Baby Bird." he breathed onto her skin. She shuddered from his hot breath.
"Why are you so nervous?" he teased her as he grabbed her chin to face him. Even though he won't admit it to her, he loves to tease her and get her flustered, and he wanted to do anything to get her mind off of what happened yesterday.
"I'm not nervous." she pouted as her heart started to race. Hawks brought her body flushed to his as he hooked her leg over his waist. He once again put his arm under her hoodie as he traced circles on her bare back.
"Oh really?" Hawks continued to tease her as he slowly pressed his lips on hers while looking at her with half-lidded eyes. She melted into the kiss as she closed her eyes and kissed him back. She sighed as she opened her eyes to talk against his lips.

"I love you, Keigo."

Keigo smiled on her lips as he pushed her on to her back, never breaking the kiss. He intertwined one of their hands above her head as she wrapped her legs on his waist.

"I love you too, Y/N."

Hawks broke the kiss as he nuzzled his face into her neck. He kissed her neck softly as he trailed back up to her face. Y/N's face a neck felt hot as Hawks kissed her skin. Once he got back up to her lips, he left another long and loving kiss on them. Y/N tangled her hands into his messy golden locks. When they pulled back, Hawks held himself on his elbows and hovered over her.

"Can you promise me something?" he asked in a quiet voice as one of his hands traced her face. She leaned into his touch as she gave him a nod.

"Don't forget this."
Y/N looked at him with confusion.

"Five years from now, I want you to remember today. I want you to remember the way my hands trace your skin. The way you feel when I kiss you. How much your heart races. Remember they way you feel when you're with me. Don't forget how I look at you when I tell you I love you."the more he spoke the closer he moved his face to hers.

"So even when you feel like your past is haunting you, just remember today and I promise you that you'll feel better." he whispered to her as he kissed her slowly, making sure to pour all his love into the kiss.
