{Shawn Mendes}
I wake up to the feeling of my head being hit over and over. I groan, opening my eyes, seeing Grace underneath me as my pillow. I smile and slowly move, as to not wake her and get up, leaving the room.
"Morning." I say, seeing Brian sitting at the kitchen bar. "Morning. How'd you sleep?" I grab a coffee mug, filling it with the bitter caffeine. "I slept great. Just have a pounding headache." "Yeah, you were wasted. I didn't think Grace was going to be able to get you to the room.", he laughs. I take a sip of my coffee.
"Yeah, I was pretty wasted. I vaguely remember last night." I say. "Just another party, man. Nothing special. Except for the fact that Ava is bat shit crazy." I roll my eyes. "I know. It's making Grace really uncomfortable. And me, too." "You need to talk to her. Like pronto. Tell her to back off." he suggests. I nod.
"That's a really good idea. Me and Grace are in such a good place right now, I don't want anything to ruin that."

"Wakey wakey." I hear Shawn say, as he lightly shakes my shoulder. I smile and hug him. "Oh, morning affection. That's a shock.", he says, hugging me back. "I just love you, is all.", I say, kissing his lips. He smiles and sits next to me.
"So, I'm going to talk to Ava today." "Oh? What about?" I ask. "Well, I'm going to ask her to back off. I'm tired of her shit." he says, his muscles clenching. I put a hand on his arm, his muscles relaxing at my touch. "Hey, it's okay. I think it's good that you are talking to her. But, no need to get angry." I say, laying my head in his lap.
He grins and plays with my hair. "I'm your first love real or not real?" he asks, out of the blue. "Real." I whisper. "I'm not your first love. Real or not real?" "Not real." he says, causing me to sit up. "Wait, what?" "You're the first person I've truly loved and have been in love with."
"I didn't know that.", I say, obviously lying, after hearing his heart poured out to me last night. "Well, now you do." he says. I guess he doesn't remember last night.

"Hey, Grace! Want to watch The Office?" Aaliyah asks as Shawn and I walk in the living room. "Yes! That's my favorite show." I say, sitting on the couch. "That's funny. That's Shawn's, too." "Just one of the many things we've bonded over." Shawn says, sitting next to me.
"Ava is going to be here in 10 minutes." he says to me. I nod. "Okay." "Wait, what? That skank is coming over here?" "Aaliyah, don't call her that, that's not nice. And yes, she is." Shawn says. "Why?"
"Because, me and her need to have a little chat about boundaries." I smile to myself. "It's about time." Aaliyah mumbles to herself.

Ava walks into the living room, sees me and rolls her eyes. "That. That. We need to talk about that.", Shawn says, getting up. "What, me rolling my eyes?", she asks. "No. About your actions towards Grace.", he says, walking into the dining room. "I'm perfectly fine towards her." She crosses her arms and follows him.
I sigh and turn my attention back to the TV. "Oh, this is one of my favorite episodes." Aaliyah says, the episode being Threat Level Midnight. "Can I tell you something cool?" I ask. She nods.
"So, I've come up with a concept for a song to include audio from The Office. And I want it to be from this episode." I smile. "Oh my gosh!" she exclaims. "It's just so iconic." "Would you sing it?" she asks.
I shrug. "I don't know. I used to not want to release my own music. But, I'm kinda thinking differently now. It's a possibility." She smiles. "You totally should. You are so good. You are actually excellent." she says.
I blush. "Well, thanks, Liyah. It's been on my mind for sure. I have this really beautiful room in my house. It's basically been turned into Shawn and I's writing room. It's got a lot of plants and has a piano. It's just so relaxing. Definitely spend a lot of my time there."
She smiles again. "It sounds amazing. I wish I could see it." "You should come stay with us sometime. It'd be fun." I suggest. She grins. "That does sound like fun. Maybe over summer." she says. I nod.
"That would be awesome. You know, you and my sister would really get along." "Sarah, right?" I nod. "Yeah, Sarah. She's 18, but y'all are pretty close in age, yeah?" She nods.
"Yeah, I'm 16. I'd love to meet her. She seems funny by the things she comments on you and Shawn's pages." she chuckles, causing me to laugh. "Yeah, she's really funny."
I look towards the dining room door and get up. "It's been a while since they were in there. Think I should go see if I can help with them two?" I ask, gesturing to Shawn and Ava. Aaliyah nods. "I think it would be good for you and Ava to talk."
I nod and walk to the dining room. I listen, hearing only silence coming from the room. That's weird.
I open the door, seeing her face on his. Lips touching.
"Holy shit."
