it reminds you of when we were young

Austin, Ava, and I were walking at the park while the sun was still setting. Austin and Ava was playing around with each other as I watch from behind. I can here her laughing and screaming in her 3 year old voice. they looked so adorable together. he starts twirling her, picking her up and set her on his shoulder.. he would put her on his shoulder while twirling.. just looking at that reminds me of when Austin and I were still dating. I take my phone, and snap a picture of Ava on Austin's shoulder laughing. I smiled at the picture.

"y/n.. you okay?" I look up confused.. "what? yeah I'm fine why?" Austin comes back to me with Ava in his arms. "you dozed off. what's wrong?" "watching you and Ava playing together in the sunset reminds me of you and I together couple years back. you would always out me on your shoulder twirling me, giving me piggybacks, putting me on your shoulder. that all reminded me of this." Austin was smiling.. "maybe someday we'll watch Ava do the same thing with her guy, but for now I'm her boyfriend." he laughs. "wait so you're breaking up with me for a 3 year old?" I was teasing him. "hahaha.. I'm not answering that. I love you y/n." "I love you too baby."
