It was morning now. The sun shone brightly in the sky. Some of its warm light traveled past the blinds and the curtain, stirring Kuroo awake. He blinked a bit, adjusting his vision. When he did, his gaze trailed down to witness a pleasant and adorable sight in front of him. M/n was cuddled up against him, sleeping soundly, some of his hair covering his eyes. From the neck down, he was covered in hickeys.

He reached out and brushed his boyfriend's h/c hair to the side. That faint but gentle touch didn't pass by M/n. He began to wake up shortly after.

"Morning...~" Kuroo greeted.

M/n blinked multiple times before facing Kuroo. "How'd you sleep?"

"Fine, I guess..." M/n responded with a yawn, "I'm cold, though..."

The middle blocker pulled the h/c-ette closer and covered him with the blanket. "Better?"

"Yeah..."

It was silent between them for a bit until M/n spoke once more. "What time is it?"

Kuroo looked over at the clock on the wall. "11:34."

"Mm..."

"About yesterday..." Kuroo said before trailing off.

"What about yesterday...?"

"Just when I thought I've seen every side of you--" he said but was interrupted when he felt M/n hit him. "What~?"

"Keep it to yourself, idiot...!"

"It was a nice rush of excitement to see you try and dominate me...~"

M/n groaned. "Please shut up...!"

"Meow."

They both looked to see that Tetsu #2 was by the door that was cracked open just a little. "Tetsu #2...?"

The kitten meowed and padded over, jumping onto the bed. He got on top of M/n, walking towards them. He meowed before leaning and brushing his small nose against M/n's shoulder. The h/c-ette smiled and moved a little to reach out towards the kitten.

His fingers rubbed the side of Tetsu #2's small face. The kitten slowly closed his eyes, content to have his new owner's attention. "You're so fluffy."

"Who would've thought that I'd be competing with a cat for your attention..."

"Well, he's a lot more adorable than you...~"

Those words made Kuroo pout. "Really?"

"Mm-hm...~"

Kuroo turned around and let out a dramatic sigh, followed by a string of words that were equally as dramatic. "Ah, my world is ending. M/n doesn't love me anymore."

"Shut up."

"That damn furball is using his cuteness to trap M/n in his tiny paws. He's taken him away from me. I think-- Ah, I see the light...! Such a cruel world...! Light, take me now--!"

"Enough. Seriously."

Just as M/n was trying to sit up, he felt a rush of pain surge throughout his body. He groaned, stopping all movement for a moment. He clenched his teeth from the pain. This caught Kuroo's attention and made him get up fast. "Don't move."
