Chapter One

01 - Baby

I stayed in my position for I don't know how long. I missed Reizo so much that I don't want to let him go right now.

We haven't seen each other for months since he got busy with his Masters and after finishing, he was loaded with tons of work immediately after the turnover of the CEO position in SVD Designs. And I got busy with my studies.

"Let's go inside, love." He whispered. Umiling ako habang yakap siya. I heard him sigh.

"Ayaw." Parang bata kong sabi at hinigpitan ang yakap sa kanya.

"It's cold out here. Come on..." Ulit niya. I sighed and went down.

Kahit ramdam ang lamig sa suot ko ay hindi ko inalinta dahil sa init na binibigay ni Reizo sa akin. It seems like he's doing his best to shield me from the cold whispers of the wind.

I looked up, and he's amused seeing me frowning. "Stop pouting, baby. Your visitors might be looking for you right now."

I smiled playfully. "You're also one of my visitors... that's I'm why I'm entertaining you." Magiliw kong sabi.

Something crossed his eyes, and my gaze went down when he clenched his perfect jaw. Unconsciously, my hands went on his face and caressed it.

Seconds later, the stiffness of his jaw unclenched at my touch.

He moved his face to kiss my hand that's holding his face. I gasped with his move that lingered a bit longer there. Titig na titig sa akin habang ginagawa iyon.

"Let's go?" Malambing niyang paanyaya sa akin.

Ayaw man dahil mas gusto kong kaming dalawa lang dito sa labas at mas gusto ko siyang kasama ay tama rin ang sinabi niyang kailangan naming makisalamuha sa mga bisita sa loob.

"Okay." I simply answered. "Come here." Banggit niya.

I stepped forward, and I caught my breath when he pulled me against him. "I will be right beside you, okay? No need to whine." Sinamaan ko naman siya ng tingin na ikinatawa niya. He leaned forward and kissed my forehead before he guided me inside.

"You're using your power on me!" I hissed and he just arrogantly shrugged his shoulders at me. Parang pinaparating na alam na niya iyon at wala na akong magagawa pa.

"Hijo." Masayang bati ni mommy nang makita kaming pumasok ni Reizo sa loob.

Reizo, who's with me, since he's holding my waist, went to mommy. Kasama niya roon sila daddy at ang parents ni Reizo. She kissed mom's cheeks and hugged my dad. He also did that to his parents.

"I thought you're not coming home?" Tita Dane asked when we settled on the unoccupied couch in front of them.

"I just wanted to make it a surprise, mom." Sabay tingin sa akin. Nahuli ko pagngiti ni Tita Dane at mommy sa amin.

"Reizo, you're not yet in a relationship but you're too clingy." Saway ni Tito Zane pero halata namang nang-aasar lang kay Reizo.

Reizo let out an audible smirk while my dad laughed.

"Balae, anong hindi pa? Sila na 'yan." Daddy announced. I looked at him with questions in my eyes. Hindi niya iyon pansin dahil kasalukuyang nag-uusap silang dalawa ni Tito Zane.

"I told him that I'd court you." It was Reizo. I glanced at him.

"When? And you told me that you just told him you'd court me but then how did he knew that we're in a relationship?" Sunod-sunod kong tanong.

He moved me closer to him so that he can whisper. When his breath fanned my ear and neck, it sent shivers down my spine. Oh, my God!

Tuwing ginagawa ni Reizo 'yan ay lagi akong napapatigil at bumibilis ang tibok ng puso ko. He's the only person who can make me act like this and I'm not complaining.
