"freya, what took you so long?" taehyun called out as he watched freya walk to their lunch table with an annoyed face. "yeah, i was starting to worry one of the sorority girls got you to join their cult." yeonjun joked, earning a glare.
"shin fucking eunli and her group of overly obnoxious goons is what took me so long." freya mumbled, throwing her tray down and sitting in the middle of yeonjun and kai. "so i was close?" yeonjun teased.
"speaking of" alexa pointed at the doors that had just opened, revealing the group that the group of girls white chapel got used to calling itzy.
itzy; a group made up of some of the most well known girls in school, shin eunli and her sister shin ryunjin along with hwang yeji choi lia lee chaeryeong and shin yuna.
"wait that one wasn't there with eunli." freya furrowed her eyebrows, pointing her finger at a certain short haired girl that walked alongside eunli. "that's shin ryujin, eunlis younger sister." alexa informed, shoving a piece of bread into her mouth.
"she's kinda scary, i don't really know her though." the girl shrugged. freya continued to eye her as she went to sit at the same table as the dreamies along with the other girls.
she recognized then that the ryujin girl was the girl who had ran into her the day she had chased seungmin to the roof. the question at hand was still how the fuck the girl knew her name.
she hadn't seen her or any of the itzy girls in school that day- well besides eunli but even eunli didn't know her name. weird was all she could think, reverting her eyes from the group once she realized she was looking a bit too much.
"noona, is your leg better?" kai raised his eyebrows while fixing his hair so that it wasn't in his eyes. "i'm fine. it still hurts to walk on it but it'll heal enough in maybe a week." the girl shrugged, grabbing the monster yeonjun had placed on the table for her and opening the top.
"oh yeah, i meant to ask what happened with all that." alexa gasped, looking at freya worriedly. "nothing that important. we kidnapped mark and nct was mad so they infiltrated what i'm guessing they thought was our main base and i got slashed by that sungchan kid." freya explained, taking a long sip of the monster.
"oh wow. that's why shotaro and jisung were scolding him in class today." "i think that shotaro kid has a crush you freya." beomgyu said teasingly, wiggling his eyebrows at the girl who set down her drink with a straight face.
"he'll get over it." she said simply, picking up her plastic fork to play with the cafeteria food that didn't look as appealing as she'd like it to. "ah freya. breaking hearts since freshman year of highschool." yeonjun sighed jokingly, placing an arm over the girl who just glared at him.
"right sorry no touching."
and while all this was happening, two pairs of eyes laid on the girls table, both watching the girls every movement.
