"so you think your ex boyfriend and his friends and then the group of "popular girls" you go to school with are the two groups?" yoongi deadpanned, not entirely convinced.

"sounds fake but there's no way it's not them." freya answered, shaking her head. everyone watched the girl wearily, unsure of wether she was right or not.

"i think she's right... when i was sent to the rooftop to meet someone jinyoung was there, but he acted like a normal student. he just didn't give off... correct vibes." seungmin spoke up shyly, only looking at freya as he was scared to meet anyone else's gaze.

"well the cix group would make sense but.... why itzy?" jin raised a brow confusedly. freya turned to her brother giving him a look. "shin eunli knew about mother and father." she answered simply, earning a gasp from most of bts and txt.

"but those cases are-"
"confidential. that gives me even more of a reason to believe they're working for monsta x."

the groups nodded, sitting back in their seats with sighs. it was still complicated because although they knew the names of the groups and people who were in them, they had no idea what kind of skills they had. they were completely in the dark.

"remember, we're going here to take a break guys. we can work on this case a little but please rest." kun spoke, looking at everyone on the plane. he earned a line of yeses and nods from the members, everyone going to do whatever they were doing before the plane had taken off.

"what the hell?" freya hissed when she felt her left head phone being taken out of her ear. she turned to see mark placing it in his left ear. "oh heatwaves, this is a nice song. i've only ever listened to it once but it's nice." mark spoke, nodding his head to her choice of music.

"so does jin treat your adoptive parents as if they're his parents as well?" mark spoke again, gaining the girls full attention. "pretty much, they adopted him as well." she shrugged, nodding over to jin who was talking to aria.

"okay now when we meet this group, don't be surprised with how uh... outgoing they are? i don't know just-"

"keeho!" freya cut off jins words, running closer to the house they had landed at with open arms. immediately she was engulfed into a tight hug, surprising basically every member of nct.

"holy shit freya! i missed you what the fuck it's been like a year." keeho smiled, pulling the girl side to side in the hug. "there's my favorite canadian!" yeonjun called out, walking towards the two with a large smile.

keeho let go of freya to hug yeonjun as the girl looked around in search. "where's liang brian and somi?" she asked, looking into the glass walls that showed the inside of the very modern house. "somi and liang are out on a mission and brian is in his office i think on a call." keeho explained, walking over to aria and heyeon to greet them and then pulling lola into a headlock of a hug.

"who is he?" shotaro creased his brow, leaning to the closest person to him which happened to be mark whos arms were crossed with a scowl on his face. "apparently their favorite canadian boy." mark mimicked, turning to walk back and help lucas and jaehyun with the bags.

"someones jealous he's not freyas favorite white boy anymore." donghyuck sang, standing next to freya who gave him a confused look. "hyuck there's like 7382 white boys here. i don't favorite any of them." she scoffed, looking around at the very large crowd they made.

"hes talking about mark." renjun joined them with an eye roll. freya glared at the older before running a hand through her hair. "why would mark be jealous?"

"who's mark?" keeho stood beside freya, taking her backpack and swinging it over his shoulder. "he's our leader. and freyas boyfriend." donghyuck answered, causing both keeho and freya to cackle out loud.

"nice one dude." keeho laughed, pointing at donghyuck before walking towards the house with freya. "this guy is going to get in the way of my ship isnt he?" donghyuck grumbled.
